Unprofessional. Booked in for an implant swap had it booked for months. Explained over the phone my issue and all was reassured by other end of the phone. Got there to be turned away because I wanted my implant to be earlier than usual as agreed on the phone. Information which they could’ve told me over the phone! before my long journey to the clinic. Won’t be returning to this clinic will be going to the one in Poole.

I went to the centre and explained that I needed an HIV test for a work visa. I also explained that I would need a letter or certificate showing the result. I was told this couldn't be done at the centre, as I'd had done previously at the hospital, and I was told all tests could be done via an online site. That was all easy enough and very straightforward to follow. After receiving the results, I logged on to the site to find that a letter or certificate is not available. Simply bad customer service from a centre that didn't listen to what I needed or didn't care.

Almost two weeks since I had a urine test and still no results back!! Just ridiculous,in Sussex they come back very quickly.Also blood test not labelled so havehad to take a second! Told lab often say this!!What a useless stressful affair.I have now uprated from one to four stars.The staff are great and really helped me, it's not their fault.It's the health authority who are to blame for the mess , it's their lab after all!!

This is and always has been amazing service ,the staff here are some of the most kind ,polite,and very welcoming well done ladies keep up the good work I hope you all get paid well beacuse you all deserve it MANY THANKS TO YOU ALL,just been again and all the same as before lovely staff all round new receptionist is one of thr most kind easy going lady's I've met once again thanks lady's and gentlemen

The staff here are always so kind and considerate. I’ve been here about 3 times now and have always had a positive experience.There has been the odd mix up or misunderstanding but I can see they have the best interest of their patients at heart and this genuine care is evident in the service that is given.Thank you for your amazing service.

very happy with the service from reception staff and nurses, none of them are at fault, but I am a bit confused as to why there is only one centre offering NHS contraception in the whole of bournemouth poole and Christchurch. only opening 1 week of appointments at a time means that I have not been able to follow up a very important treatment plan for a chronic condition that I have. the injection is crucial to living a better life for me and without It I am struggling and feeling neglected by the NHS governing body. not happy ive had to go private.

Went to have my hormone implant replaced here. Quickest and cleanest I’ve ever experienced. Completed in under 3 minutes, didn’t really feel it and the bruise on my arm was very small and disappeared after a week.For comparison, I’ve been elsewhere that took over 20 mins, my arm had swollen significantly and the bruise went all the way to the elbow.

Very nice staff. The nurse me and my partner had, hanna, was very nice and she made us feel very comfortable. She explained everything to us and made sure that we were feeling good. She informed us about many things that me and my partner didn’t know. It was a very good experience. Thank you
