Wow fantastic experience. Our first time taking our pup for haircut and pamper. We were put at ease from our arrival and our pup was made a fuss of. Pup looked amazing on collection and really enjoyed herself. We would recommend and will be going back.

We've been using Amie and team for well over 2 years now, and they NEVER disappoint. We have 3 shihtzus, and have had SO MANY horror cuts in the past. It was our first time using K9 Cleaners. We spoke with Amie, who provided an extremely thorough consultation, and had a wealth of knowledge. She was so professional but posseses such a friendly persona, we felt assured straight away that our little pooch was in good hands. She took so much time in explaining everything to us, it is a huge relief to know that there is now a place we can fully trust who doesn't add any pressure or judgement, just good advice and recommendations. Over 5 hours for my poodle hair cut!! Not sure of the problem?? He has been several places before that only took 2 hours. He has been loved by everyone he has been too in the past! ! But this lady informed me clash of personality. Refused to do him again !!Why not a nasty bone in his body maybe a fidget. ..

Took my pup in for her first groom and she absolutely loved it!! Can’t fault K9 whatsoever. Made my little Bonnie feel safe and comfortable, didn’t rush her at all! Can’t wait to come back! X

It was the first time our little doggie went to them. I had already spoken to them over the phone and felt really happy with their service. When we arrived, Alfie was nervous as he had bad experiences in the past with previous groomers, but time was taken to ask questions on how I wanted him cut, and to make Alfie happy in his environment. I handed him over and I was called to collect later. A great handover, on what was done. He looked amazing, and looked so happy. He came out to us and to greet us but was happily turning around to go back in! They both have a fantastic affinity to dogs, have great patience with nervous dogs, and give them the greatest of care. They charge a reasonable rate, and are up front with the costs. I would highly recommend them, as would Alfie!

Very pleased with our pups groom. Aimee and her team are very professional and knowledgeable. Learnt a lot about my dogs coats in such a short time. Will definitely be back

Took Herbie for his first puppy groom today and very impressed!He feels and smells fantastic but most importantly to me he had a positive first experience. He had fallen asleep when I got back to him (so was clearly comfortable!) and we had to encourage him out to leave!Would never go anywhere else! Worth every penny!
