Recently had 2 pairs of boots healed/soled here by the friendly staff. One pair was in a sorry state (but well loved); the gentleman advised me that the repair was difficult and would cost more than the boots were possibly worth. However, I insisted he go ahead and I’m so glad I did. Fantastic result for both pairs. A bit expensive, but definitely worth it!

Joe at the Tesco’s branch, Allerton Road, Liverpool was superb, really went the extra mile. My boots look newer than when I bought them! Thanks Joe, and Timpsons. Great shop, great ethos, great staff.

Came in to see if they can open up my watch as I’ve been trying to replace the battery in my watch for the past two days, the guy in the shop opened it up & tried to charge me £33 for a battery replacement (brought my own battery fyi)I asked him to close it up & walked out absolute joke!!!

The guys at this Timpsons always go above and beyond to help, in the last 3 months they've saved me a lot of hassle -from fitting a fiddly watch strap, to fixing my expensive handbag strap, to polishing a scratch out of my new boots. If only all stores were run like Timpsons it would be a much nicer world!
