Can't say I'd recommend. While they came for a quote quite fast, I've messaged and called and insisted we needed the job done and quote sent to us, we never received it (not even by text), not to mention start date and time required to do the job. We eventually went for someone else. Someone responsive, quick and precise. When there's a leak in your room, you can't really wait over a week to have the issue solved...

The job turned out to be quite tricky but Nathan persevered whereas some tradesmen would have walked away.On time. Kept me updated and was very knowledgeable and helpful

I cannot speak highly enough about Nathan and his team. I’d been let down by three other companies who had promised to quote and had never turned up to inspect the job. Nathan came out as promised, gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and a fair quote. His guys turned up on time on the arranged day and carried out the work with great professionalism. They also kept me informed throughout the job by taking photos of the progress as obviously I couldn’t get up on the roof to inspect everything. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if the need arises. Thank you Nathan & your team.

Firstly, I never give a 5 star rating immediately, but can only comment on my initial experience.Following and e mail request, Nathan visited and quoted for dry verge capping of the gable ends of our bungalow and garage. The quote was marginally above two others, but I was impressed with Nathans attitude and explanation of the proposed work. His team of two arrived on time on the due date (3rd June 2020) and completed the gable ends as quoted. Rather than fix an odd ridge tile with cement, Nathan then quoted for completing all the ridge tiles with the dry capping system on the same day. His team explained how the work would be carried out and the whole job was completed in the day and they left about 6.45pm. having cleaned up all the rubble, brushed, and hosed down the tiles ,gutters and drive. They were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. Top marks to them both. I would certainly recommend the company to anybody..............Alan

We moved to a new property and noticed that the gutter must’ve been leaking for some time so we called around to find a responsible roofer to inspect and fix the issue.After many disappointing no shows and a couple of cowboys we luckily managed to find Nathan who kindly agreed to take a look.Initially it seemed like the problem could be solved by a simple gutter maintenance however after a day or two we noticed that we still had a leak so the guys came back and changed the complete gutter for us.We live in a relatively new built property and when the contractor installed the original gutter, they cut the pipes to short and also the clips weren’t fitting the pipes as these were smaller in size.Also there was a small hole where birds could access the loft which was also taken care of by the boys so we don’t have to worry about these uninvited guests anymore.We are really happy with the result, and Nathan & his team were very friendly and professional all the way through.We were shown all the issues and the end results on pictures and the whole process and prices were explained in advance.I can highly recommend Nathan and his team for any kind of roof work because he is professional, approachable, reliable and affordable.Thank you again for your help in need!

Excellent work carried out by a great team of guys. Arrived on time with no fuss, just got on with the work.I am really pleased with the work carried out which was to insert 4 vents into the roof, a perfect match, the 4 vents look like they have always been there.Great work on the dry verge repairs.It is great to have workmen that arrive on time, are productive, happy in their work and tidy up at the end of the day. Thoroughly recommend this firm. Nathan came to give a free competitive quote, within a week of accepting the quote we had a date. The workforce were excellent, apart from the odd coffee break they worked all day until it was nearly dark! Very tidy workers and we are really pleased with the finished job!Thanks, Mark Bailey
