Clearear by Holly - Ear Wax Removal Swansea

Both ears totally blocked with wax, GP informs me I can do a self referral to the audiology department at my local hospital but to expect a 6-8 week wait, not good if you have very little hearing!!After a little research I decided to contact Holly (Clearer by Holly). I was offered a home visit the following day (Sunday). I was extremely anxious but Holly put me straight at ease. After examining both ears Holly took time to explain the procedure and aftercare procedure and in less than 30mins much to my relief I had my hearing back. Holly even took the time to contact me later in the day just to check I was Ok. I cannot rate Holly highly enough, she offers a very professional and prompt service, she's a total angel.

Holly is, warm, friendly, accommodating & very professional.I had experienced hearing loss due to a blockage in my right ear & frankly it made me miserable. I had tried everything to shift it. Holly came to my house & within a matter of minutes I could hear again. Holly also cleared my left ear (I didn’t realise my hearing was impaired in that ear). So quick & effective. Fantastic service from Holly. Was recommended by Specsavers, Port Talbot. My ears had blocked up, Holly came the same day and sorted everything within minutes. So professional, very caring and all done in my own home.

After my ears started hurting, I messaged Holly on a Saturday and she replied in three minutes! This got her my business, since I was desperate to have my ear discomfort sorted. Furthermore, Holly found time for me on the Monday. She arrived promptly, set straight to work and had my ears cleared painlessly and fuss-free in no time. Holly arrived on time and was chatty, helpful and very professional. She put me at ease. She examined my ears and quickly and painlessly removed the wax. Then she checked them again to make sure they were clear. I would use her services again.

I had a home appointment with Holly at short notice due to ear wax blockage in both ears. Even with my sisters 3 little ones running around she was able to professionally do the job and it was painless and very thorough.I was quite anxious but Holly is superb. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Holly fit me in for an appointment the day after contacting her regarding the blocked feeling I had been experiencing in my ears for quite a long time, and a more recent muffled hearing in one ear. We agreed to wait until the following day by her recommendation so I would be able to use olive oil drops before hand. Holly arrived on time and was friendly and highly professional. She explained the procedure, and then carried it out quickly and totally painless. The improvement in my hearing was instant and I am still getting used to be able to hear more clearly than I have for a very long time. Thank you so much Holly!
