I recently visited Johnsons VW stourbridge. I travelled a long way as the spec and price of the car was so good. From the first contact until collection (and even beyond) the sales assistant James was fantastic, professional, courteous and helpful. The car was as described and looked and drove lovely. After a great deal and them promising to deal with a few small issues(I'm very fussy) I purchased the car. I had an issue with 1 tyre losing air and after returning they replaced it without question. Bill the sales manager was also a very knowledgeable and friendly guy, going above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend visiting them for new or used cars. Well done Johnsons!Ps. excellent coffee.

totally disappointed with VW Stourbridge. Bought a brand new T-ROC convertible ordered in July 2022, not delivered until May 2023, OK i accept the issues with new car deliveries, but they not once kept us informed during this period, We had to constantly call them to ask for updates on delivery, usually was told sales would call us back but they didn't, called in to showroom a number of times and the attitude of the managers was/is abysmal. Receptionist had to go in the glass box/office at back of showroom to ask for updates on our behalf , and the managers didn't have the decency to come out to speak to us personally. eeerrrr we can see you !!!!. on delivery they had the audacity to give us a letter asking for our thanks for their service, joke!!. We went in to VW Tamworth to ask for information about delivery times and what a difference in attitude, polite, professional and prompt, wish We had ordered the car from them.Then we had an issue with Bluetooth dropping connection, so booked the car in to check out the info system, they had to wait for over a month for an appointment. finally date arrived so went to showroom, receptionist very polite and directed me to service reception, Guy sat at reception desk didn't have the decency to look up, when he finally looked up he just said very off hand, you need to speak to staff behind him, making me feel very uncomfortable. service mechanic stated he would see me at my car to check out the issue, he told me that its a known issue and an upcoming update may fix the issue, but I should use Android Auto instead of the cars own Bluetooth connect, If they knew about the issue why oh why could they have not told us this over the telephone when we first contacted them about the issue, to save both ourselves time and effort.Can't say our dealing with VW Stourbridge is a favorable one. we will never be going back to VW Stourbridge again for anything, whether it be future purchases or repairs. From our dealing with this dealership its the Managers who are at fault not the staff, non of the staff appear happy, and the managers who live in their glass boxes/office need a good shake up. Johnson if your unaware of these issues i would prompt you to sort out the dealership as its not doing your business any favours. Good customers service is what a good business is built on, and this dealership has very little. i would add that things don't always go according to plan but with good customer service, things can always be remedied. through your staff at Stourbridge you have lost any future costumer from us from this dealership.

Brilliant service..went to get my car keyfob sorted and was taken from reception by a man who was so helpful to the garage part to a lad who sorted me out in no time at all..superb service. Well done Voltswagen.

They sold a car to my daughter in law and despite numerous requests over many months for the vehicles v5 log book she has never received same, today the DVLA clamped her car so she couldn't get to work on time and it has cost her hundreds of pounds to get the clamp removed and car taxed as apparently the tax she has been paying is for the car being registered to them, despite her owning the car for 18 montha. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and I would suggest everyone avoid this trader at all costs.

Was quoted 5-6k to replace my rear differential due to a vibration when turning corners.Took it to an independent garage and the issue was fixed for £180.Absolute scam artists. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I take my car in for a service as I always do here. Everyone is always really friendly and greets me with a smile. Vanessa is the employee that gets to put up with me, we have a good chat and laugh about life. She is really helpful and thorough in her job role. She shows me around the service car for the day and explains anything I need to know. Overall I have had no bad experiences here.
