Would definitely recommend visiting Because I Love you. Initially visited and felt so welcomed. Especially by Kelly. She was so helpful when getting me in and out of dresses. She even knelt on the floor holding my dress in so i could have photos taken. When i returned to buy my dress the ladies were so kind and helpful. Nothing too much trouble.

Have just coke away from Because I love you bridal having chosen the dress" and couldn't recommend them enough! They're so knowledge and knew exactly what would look good on me

Went today with no appointment & not really an idea on what I wanted. I didn’t expect to find a dress as this was the 1st shop I went in. All the ladies in there was absolutely lovely. 1 lady helped me from start to finish, made me feel super comfortable and helped with different style dresses but the first dress I tried on was ‘The dress’ and we wasn’t beating that dress as much as all the dresses I tried on were stunning. I went in with a certain style in my head and walked out with the complete opposite! Would 100% recommend because I love you and thank you for helping me find and pick my dream dress.

OMG!!!! Who knew that shopping for s prom dress could have been such a great experience! Really easy to arrange an appointment. On arrival we were made to feel totally welcome (all 4 of us)!Jo looked after us and was really knowledgeable about body shape and height versus type, style and colours of dress. The very best thing was that she really listened to what my niece wanted.This experience could not have been any more pleasurable than it wasWas also blown away by the value for money of the dress we finally chose.I would be happy to highly recommend Because I Love You to anyone who is looking for a prom, brides, bridesmaids dresses.Excellent. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I had an awful experience here and advise any future brides NOT to trust this shop with your dress. They “measured” me before ordering the dress I liked. I was told that I didn’t need additional length and it was so short when it arrived, the seamstress they recommend even rang the shop when I went with my dress to say she’d need to add 7 inches of lace to the bottom of my dress for it to be right! Once my dress arrived, the customer service was atrocious. The shop made up so many lies about me and when I was “measured” (I say this with inverted commas as the shop used this term when it suited them but then denied measuring me as this would make me have consumer rights). Since sharing my story locally, I have heard so many awful experiences of other brides who purchased their dresses here.

The choices of dresses were amazing, the store is much bigger than it looks from the outside. Alex and the team are friendly and helpful and put my nerves to rest. Nothing is too much trouble. Alex knowledge of what I wanted is amazing. My entourage were looked after. I got my dream dress i can't thank you enough xx

My mum bought her wedding dress from this shop. After meeting the owner we put full trust in her for our big day. They have some lovely dresses. We bought a wedding dress and 3 bridesmaid dresses, I went to try my bridesmaid dress on and the shop assistant basically called me fat. I am a size 10-12 and she was prodding my belly, saying I should have got a bigger size dress. I personally liked the dress before she started slating it. I told the manager and she was horrified and also said sorry which was nice but still didn't change the way I felt in the dress.After all that we thought the worst was over, but sadly it wasn't. My mums dress arrived, and after the owner assuring us all was ok. She actually hadn't told the seamstress to expect the dress . My mum was given the phone number and called the seamstress to ask when to bring the dress in and she said she didn't have time to alter the dress. Leaving my mum upset and having to sort her own alterations out last minute. So if you do use this bridal shop, use your own seamstress and book it way in advance. Don't believe them when they say everything is fine, and their recommended seamstress will alter the dress because this isn't true!!

I booked an appointment with Because I Love You shortly after getting engaged in January. It was the first and only bridal shop I attended. I was getting married in less than 6 months and so my choice was naturally limited because of the timeframe and sizes already available in store. Alex was fantastic in accommodating me, my mum and maid of honour. She wasn’t pressurising at all, even suggesting checking out other bridal stores who may have a wider range for my circumstances. The final dress I tried on was “the one” and Alex really made me feel special. I slept on it, and came back to try it again and take it home. The price I paid was great and they recommended a fantastic alterations business also. I love my dress and received so many compliments wearing it this summer! I would 100% recommend BILY bridal!

Made me feel so comfortable and listened to everything I said and knew exactly what would suit me and my preferences. Highly recommend.
