Very clean petrol station, bins provided for any rubbish you may have. Several pump stations for you to fill up at. There was additional parking for customers who just wanted to use the Kiosk . The kiosk was well stocked and maintained . The only problem was at the window the shelves were really tall. If you are short like me and forgot which number pump you are at, is a bit of a pain to walk back to the entrance to see. This station offers a lot more than just filling your tank.

This petrol pump are scammers!!! Avoid using them…. I paid for my fuel as the member of staff confirmed my payment went through at the time of purchase. I then went to look at items in the store and still no staff member came to me to say my payment had failed. A month later I went back and they stopped me getting fuel mid way filling and said I never paid the last time I went in and classed it as a ‘drive off’, which at this point was very confused as I went in the station to pay on that day. I then asked how could you allow me to leave without paying? They had no answer and gave me a reference number to check online to only find out I was billed another £30 by VARS which was due to staff error. I wrote to vars and they just said it not there problem and speak to the garage. I also emailed BP head office and rang them which then was told they do not own that station and only supply fuel there and I would need to speak to the managers in the store. At this point I had no choice but to pay as they were going to add another £50 or take me to court for £25 worth of fuel. I ended up paying £55 for £25.01 worth of fuel I filled that day. Anisa a manager at this store said he understood and asked if I could come in to see him which I agreed, when I got there at the agreed time and date he suggested and guess what he wasn’t In. I then called him a day after which his attitude changed and wasn’t being helpful at all and said the cctv camera footage delete after 3 week which is a lie because I was told by his staff member on the day I went in to meet him they record for up to 3 months. Anisa was now back tracking as he knew I was in the right when I asked him so if a transaction fails is it not the cashiers responsibility to tell the customer that it has failed at point of purchase? He said ‘yes’ but then said why didn’t you get a receipt which I replied I never get my receipt for a fuel purchase and I’m sure most of the general public don’t ever unless they are claiming back cost for a business. He had no reply and just kept saying we cannot help!. Anisa knew every point I made was true and he couldn’t answer instead just kept saying do you have a receipt, after a lengthy chat Anisa said if I write him an email he will contact vars for me to claim the £30 overcharge back as he knew at this point they were at fault, however he still hasn’t replied to my email or copied me into a email to vars which he agreed he would do. I’m sure this garage is known to do this to customers be AWARE and avoid fueling from this privately own franchise. Horrible management, no customer service or loyalty toward long standing BP members.

My local petrol station has plenty on offer and the staff are always helpful

I use this garage frequently!Fair fuel prices and plenty of car washing facilities. Good location, being close to a main road and conveniently located adjacent to Tesco, which doesn't have a petrol station.Nice selection of protein rich drinks and snacks for the gym-goers.If you like American Candy, this place is a treasure trove! Careful with the prices though, as American goods are pricey as they are imported.There is something for everyone here. Just keep one eye on the sum.

Avoid the car wash.Automatic car washes that use abrasive brushes (instead of cloth)/ old, are not great for your vehicle and should be avoided. Facilities that use abrasive brushes made from nylon or plastics are most likely to leave small scratches on a car's finish.I have made body repairs three times at smart repairs. It's confirmed that I have this issue every time I wash my car at this station.Guys, please change the brushes.

Must get robbed a lot, staff show fear if you go over a tenner and open your car door to get a penny out, come on lads im driving a two litre sports custom cabriolet, so i've got the money to pay for fuel, it costs me over 300 a year in tax to drive the thing.
