The engineer visited on the same day that I called, was able to solve my problem quickly and elegantly, and did a very tidy professional job. Highly recommended and I'll certainly be using them again for any future needs.

I can not recommend Chris and his team highly enough, our CCTV installation works perfectly, the advice, product recommendation and installation itself was spot on and professional. The aftercare has also been prompt and all questions answered fully and clearly. The whole subject of CCTV and the digital world is completely over my head but Chris was kind and clear in explaining. I was advised to call Bayfields Digital to help with a dish installation problem as I had been told that installation would be extremely difficult. Their engineer, Phil, arrived bright and early and took a look at the area and the supposed problem". I was expecting a detailed survey

Still waiting for them to get back to meBayfields admitted they had been busy. They subsequently fixed our problem.I contacted them for another job to install a replacement link system which worked very well. The response was good. I would recommend.

Fantastic service, I got an appointment within one working day to fix a TV aerial, which just before Christmas was amazing. They arrived promptly and carried out a superb job at a very fair price. Highly recommended!

What a lovely chap to deal with, I rang him at 16:30, alas the office closes at 16:00 and left a message, he rang me back 5 minutes later as he was still in the office. I explained the issues I was having with my Free Sat box and he talked me through a few things to try which resulted in every thing back to normal and all working. I said you didn't earn a lot from me his reply was better than coming out and charging you a call out for 5 minutes work. So lovely to actually speak to a live person and not being asked to go on a web site to report and issue, big companies please take note, small is so much more personal.
