Don't expect to get anything to eat savoury wise after 3pm. Although joining a very slow queue well before 3pm (20 minutes to serve 5 customers) by the time I reached the till it was 1 minute past 3pm no cold sandwiches. Great I think the thing that frustrated me the most is there was still a high number of staff on but where incapable and didn't really want to serve customers too fast.

Nice supermarket, first time I've been in a Booths supermarket as I am from Oxford and we don't have them here but was visiting Preston. Like most places only has two EV charge points.

Very nice staff, good quality produce, lots of locally sourced stuff and no self-checkout. We love Booths. The example for all other supermarkets.

A lovely store with a different style of layout and a more upmarket selection of products which you have to pay the difference for. Great service with a smile. Always busy with people coming and going.

Usually have what you want, bakery staff are always lovely. It can be on the pricier side and can be difficult to get hold of staff on the self checkouts which can be quite slow.

A good selection of products and a nice store. Parking can be difficult at times. Some good offers on whisky from time to time. Only problem is you need to take out a bank loan for most of the products in store. £15.99 for a ready made lasagne is beyond the budget of the average shopper in my opinion.

For whatever reason I thought the store closed at 9pm Friday evening and realised I needed a couple of items at 8:40pm. I arrived at the store 15 mins before closing ( or so I thought) to find the store very quiet indeed so I guessed this was because it was so closing at 9 pm . Imagine my surprise to find out the store is actually open until 10pm. Is it just me or do people need to know the store is open until 10pm?

I'm Gluten intolerant and so looked on MenuMonday morning issues in the cafe but Kay and the team and even the supervisor kept all customers updated.Food was amazing and was brought as a gluten free meal by a separate person.I was super impressed with Booths and their handling of the Monday issues and also how food was carefully presented and tasted Nom nom

Items seem to sell out quickly so not a lot of choice after lunchtime. Stop serving hot food as the clock strikes 3 and no way do they deviate from this.Staff are lovely (other than after 3pm offers) all very courteous, friendly and helpful. Quality of food is OK for price, nothing you couldn't make as good yourself but ok after spending ages at the hospital, and better than what you can get across the road (in the hospital)
