Go in the shop and you will be amazed at how much better the kitchens are than in any of the brochures on display. The smell of real wood encourages you to look further. The kitchens are made on the premises and in their workshop near Mart Road. The proprietors are very experienced - in a good way ie not cynical. They will go to any lengths to give you the kitchen you want. but you can have any style, in any colour.From a tiny poky kitchen with the cupboards far too high for me to reach, I have a lovely kitchen in my own style, for proper cooking. This is a terrific family business and the owners are delightful people. If you move here, this is the best place to go for a good kitchen, or bathroom, or wardrobes for the bedroom. Anything really.

The workmanship was disgusting .We had leaks every where .including toilet/ sinks /bath .Also the laminate flooring in the kithen,was lifting after 5 months .No after sales promise

Absolutely disgusting workmanship the work tops and cupboards are not straight there are gaps everywhere it was not cheap and I so wanted a new kitchen but so very disappointed in Minehead Kitchens wish I never went there

They made me a lovely little kitchen and were always very responsive to my ideas and input. As with all firms of this kind you need to take a collaborative approach and be involved with the whole process from beginning to end. They are good at listening and responding to what you want if you ask, eg mixing me a special paint colour. There was some minor snagging to be fixed after installation - this is to be expected in projects of this kind and they came and fixed it promptly to the standard I expected. I chose them because I wanted to spend my money locally with an independent family firm. It was good to work with a company on my doorstep who I could talk to face-to-face.

Great customer service with excellent pricing and quality fitting.

About 10 - 12 years ago, this company fitted a bespoke kitchen in my bungalow. After a short time the veneer started lifting and they had to come and patch it up. The problem has continued to get worse and is ongoing. DON'T TOUCH!!
