Sorry for the very delayed review Joanna! Thank you for making us a simple, beautiful and very tasty wedding cake! Joanna was very accommodating and we managed to booked her 4 weeks away before the wedding. The cake was delicious! All finished and no left over by the evening reception! She also delivered the cake herself to our wedding venue in Bristol. We actually never got to meet Joanna personally but she communicated to us well via email. Joanna provided a lovely 2-tier cake for our August wedding. It was absolutely delicious. We ultimately went with a minimalist design, but she was willing to customise it and learn new techniques with enough notice. She even delivered and set up the cake at the venue. She was a great supplier to work with - we cannot recommend her highly enough!

We chose Joanna Pyda to make our wedding cake and evening dessert table for our wedding. She was very professional and it was a pleasure working with her. She listened to our ideas for what we wanted and created a beautiful cake. The tiers were lovely and moist and all three flavours tasted beautiful. The macarons, muffins, brownies, and cupcakes in the evening were beaufully presented and all scrumptious. Jo even catered for our guests who required gluten-free. We would highly recommend.

I contacted Jo after finding her on Instagram when the relationship with my previous cake maker did not work out.From the start, Jo had excellent communication with me. No question was ever to big for Jo and she always replied in a timely manner.It is difficult to convey to a vendor your vision when it’s not exactly depicted by an Instagram or Pinterest photo you can point at. My husband and I had a clear vision of how we wanted the cake for our big day to look like. Jo took the time to listen to our requests and put our vision together. Jo was never shy to try new techniques for our wedding cake and her experience really showed.I could no believe my eyes when I saw the cake. It was exactly how I envisaged it and the taste was exquisite. Everyone commented on how beautiful, striking and tasty the cake was.We could no recommend Jo enough. We are so glad and feel so privileged she was part of our special day. Thank you Jo!

All we can say is wow! The cake Joanna produced for our wedding just looked absolutely stunning and tasted amazing.We had contacted Joanna very last minute and she did an amazing job of supplying us samples to choose from which all tasted great. We had a tough time choosing.The schedule on our wedding day was very tight so we didn't get t see Joanna but she did such a wonderful job of dressing and presenting the cake.If we ever needed a cake to celebrate again we would definitely use Joanna and recommend to other people - thank you Joanna for adding to our special day!

Thank you so much Jo for such a beautiful wedding cake display! You understood our vision of exactly what we wanted and it looked so lovely on the day. We opted for a dessert table with a couple of two tier cakes, a single tier cake along with cupcakes and iced biscuits, we had so many different flavours and they all tasted amazing, such delicious cakes and all our guests complimented how great they both tasted and looked. We would recommended you to everyone!

Our wedding cake was beautiful and delicious! We froze a layer of it and looking forward to eating it. The cookies & cream flavour was soooo good - all our guests were raving about it. We highly recommend getting your wedding cake from Jo.

Joanna made our wedding cake (and a selection of vegan cupcakes) for our April 2023 wedding and was fantastic throughout. A great communicator and wonderful vendor to deal with and on top of that makes the tastiest of cakes. Our wedding cake was literally one of the most delicious cake we have ever had and many of our guests said the same. We had three flavours : Victoria sponge, chocolate and lemon and elderflower…all delicious!
