I love my glasses. They are pretty and fit well. I had to come back a few times to adjust my glasses and the staff was very helpful, patient and polite.

Served by Damian, very professional, he gave me a complete overview of all possible offers they were offering to get me a good price on my glasses, a little expensive in general but love the 100 day money back scheme even if you don't aesthetically like the glasses you can return them. Gave me peace of mind.

Not happy. I have received an email a few days before my appointment saying I can book a FREE eye test wich I did. The day before my appointment i received a phone call from one of specsavers staff member, saying that the basic eye check is FREE but if I want the behind the eyes picture " to see the health of the nerves I need to pay 10£

Tom very quickly refitted the lens that had called out and tightened up all the screws in my glasses. Very efficient and friendly.

Great customer service today from Tom. He repaired my glasses while I waited. So helpful. Thank you for your help. Would recommend this shop.

I recently dropped into this store as I had a problem with my contact lenses. I spoke with Sarah upstairs in the lens department who was able to identify potential issues I may be having and offer solutions. I was super impressed with Sarah’s clear knowledge and genuine interest in making sure I was sorted. We also discussed glasses and Sarah handed me on to Tom Bamford downstairs. Tom was, again, very helpful! We discussed possible eye care vouchers I could get from work, which I went away and sorted. I came back at a later date with my existing glasses and had new lenses put in those frames, plus I bought a new pair. I had these delivered to my house for convenience but when they came the new glasses needed adjusting, so I popped back into store. I had my glasses adjusted by Gurinder, who kept looking at all angles to make sure he was happy with how they sat and that I was happy with the comfort. I’ve been so happy with the service from all of these people. I’ve saved money, got the right glasses, added fluid back onto my subscription and felt no pressure or like I was being a nuisance. What a great team!

Disappointed me time after time. Had so many errors with getting contacts delivered. Then after all of the hassle, they also didn’t cancel my contact subscription and account when I went into the store and asked for this, even after assuring me they had. Found out several months later I was still being charged! Felt accommodating in the store, if only they stuck to their words. After being with different Specsavers all my life, they have put a bad taste in my mouth.

hi the staff are really good and friendly. the staff rachelle, ben, Sarah and domian are really good and friendly. they care for the customers and make sure they have comfortable glasses and good vision in the glasses

This store has improved their customer service since last time I was there (two years ago). The new staff (including the assistant manager) are knowledgeable with the detail and focus with promoting customer satisfaction. I hope they keep improving and providing well trained/qualified team.
