Brilliant service standards and technical expertise

Ordered a part for a Suzuki ATV, a few days later I rang but couldn’t get through on the phone, and was given no expected delivery date on the original order. So I had to attend the shop to make an enquiry. Found out delivery was on Tuesday. Tried to ring Tuesday again with no answer. (Rang over 10 times Over a couple hour period) again I had to attend the shop to find out the status. To which I was told the parcel had been delayed and was due In on the Friday. I told the gentleman behind the counter I had a planned road trip on the weekend and the part I was waiting for was very important, I was assured the part would be there. Went to the shop on the Friday and was told it was in transit and to pop back in the afternoon. Annoying but understandable.. I returned for the second time Friday only to find it had apparently been delayed again. This has now RUINED my trip this weekend. And the gent behind the counter didn’t seem to acknowledge the issue and just moaned his parts hadn’t shown up either. Now I’ve been told it will be there next week at some point. Very vague.Overall a horrible experience so far. And a waste of time.Low value item to them so they didn’t seem bothered. I could of got this from America and had it delivered already. Very frustrated, very disappointed.Will update when this is resolved.. so far a terrible experience.

Simply disappointing. Me and my wife booked a collection and he didn't even show up!After leaving a message on voicemail we've got a phone call after an hour with not even an apology!If they can't even get the time right, let alone anything else!Don't bother, it was a waste of time!

I wouldn’t bother. A complete disaster from start to finish. Paid to have a lawnmower repaired only to find when I got it back it was still not working. Some parts not returned. Doesn’t answer phone and eventually answered by email after repeat messaging.
