Nuudle Bar Winchester

Just ordered from here for the first time. A lot of choices but when we finally nailed it, it was super delicious! With generous portions. Will definitely order again.

Wow what can I say I love Asian food but its hard to find some where thats good and dose not break the bank !!! The flavour is spot on portions are the right amount well worth the price oh and the delivery driver was so sweet making sure nothing had spilled we will definitely be ordering again

Ordered a collection for 19:30. Received a phone call at 19:26 to advise me they were running 15 minutes late by which time I was outside the takeaway. Waited for 15 minutes and then went in to be advised they would be another 15 to 20 minutes. Cancelled my order and was told that they would refund the £49 to my card which was confirmed by email.Checked 4 weeks later and no refund had been applied to my card. Made contact and was advised they had never taken the money. Sent them a photo of the relevant section of my card statement showing they had taken the money. Have now been told they need a copy of the full statement including my address which is fine but all very consuming and boring. I will never use Nuudle again as they are completely inept from start to finish (not that we’ve got to that point yet!)

Ordered from them twice as they are one of the few Asian places that open till late and regretted both times. The rice noodle dish was not cooked properly - extremely soggy, greasy and clumped together, which was inedible and ironic that they’re supposed to be specialised in noodles... the second time I ordered from them I received RAW undercooked chicken which was DISGUSTING. Never ordered from them again. Luckily I discovered Oriental Star which does very good fried rice vermicelli.

So this is my second negative experience with this restaurant, and unfortunately looking at the below reviews, I am not alone).Despite placing an order at 19:25 and being told my food would be delivered in 30 - 55 mins, I had to contact the restaurant at 20:45 to figure out where my food was. I was then told that the order was with the kitchen, and it would be around 10 mins to do the food and then an extra 30 - 40 mins for delivery.When I tried to cancel, I was told I had to go through Deliveroo, where the lovely lady at Deliveroo was unable to get in contact with the restaurant! Eventually she was able to (after around 10 mins) and my order was cancelled.As mentioned, this is my second negative experience. My first was when they delivered me meat dumplings rather than vegetarian (I'm one of those people who are pescatarian). Fortunately my bf is a meat eater so there was no harm there, but right now this restaurant had had two strikes with meEssentially this could be a good restaurant if- they get orders correct- they deliver on time- they keep customers up to date with the status of the order

Food is great from this place and the portions are big. Only gave it 4 stars on this occasion though as there was far too much salt in every dish. Please cut down on the salt!

Amazing!! Every dish is customisable and you can tell it's cooked fresh with fresh ingredients. I had the Katsu chicken with thin egg noodles and spring rolls and it was perfect. Couldn't fault it, thank you!

Really good portions. Delicious food. I can't wait for lockdown to be over so I can go there to eat. But I'm really glad that this place is doing take aways.

Ordered well in advance. delivery time missed, driver called as couldn't find our house... he drove past us outside waving at him twice. Winchester said he was looking again but no cars on our road at all.... won't be using again. He arrived an hour late, felt sorry for the guy didn't know Winchester areas at all. Food was cold.
