Had my hair done today by the lovely Georgia and I'm very impressed with the end result already booked my next appointment

I recently have had my nails done with freya and have to say they were the best ever! I've also had an environ facial which I highly recommend , I've been getting the environ products from the salon since they opened and can't recommend them high enough!....i can only talk of my experience and the people I has sent in (Who all still go!) Alex and all the girls are a delight, and have never seen or heard anything other than fun, respect and friendship between them....... I have not been asked to write this but after reading some of the poisoness ones left I felt compelled to write a truthful heartfelt one! So please go and e experience the salon for yourself and make your own mind up! You won't be disappointed........happy Christmas x

What a terrible, terrible salon.I don't even know where to begin. Let's start with the booking in. Nobody can keep track of who's booked what and my experience for this was the worst. I booked a week in advance and they tell me at the last minute I cannot have my hair cut. I was going for a very important interview! and no salons would book me in for that short time frame before the interview. Then a month later, i decide to give the salon another go due to all the good reviews and what i'd heard. don't fall for these fake reviews they are a hoax!!! i was so thoroughtly dissapointed! I asked for a small trim and highlights. they took nearly all my blimming hair off and dyed my hair the wrong colour!! Last but not least the staff have the worst customer service standards ever! and that's just to be expected when you have a vile, nauseating manager who shall not be named (Alex Shuffe) woops...

Worst hairdressers ever. I have never been to a hairdresser who cannot keep track of their appointments like this salon. Two times in a row they have got their days wrong I wrote it down. I am supposed to be going out for anniversary tonight now can't get in anywhere else to have my hair done. If you want to be let down for your special occasion this is the place to go.

I went here at the end of May and Jodie was my hairdresser. I explained what I wanted and she went through everything she was going to do thoroughly, explaining each step and offering suggestions. Felt totally at ease in her hands and absolutely love the outcome. Would definitely recommend!

First visit to the salon after recently moving to the area Carina was very friendly and professional had a Keratin treatment and my hair looked great I will be back.

I LOVE this salon and all the girls in it! I go every two weeks to get my gel nails done, they have over 200 colours to choose from and always the latest collection! Have used Environ skincare now for over 5 years and have their facials here! They are simply amazing! Highly recommend 5* ❤️

Lovely staff, always a happy atmosphere. Carina has been colouring my hair for 12 years. She is amazing but hands off as I don't want her to get too busy!

I have been using this salon for a year now and the lady I go to see is brilliant. She does a fantastic job and is really personable and professional. I highly recommend this hair and beauty salon.

Came in for a men's haircut as local barbers was too busy, hair cut was perfect,, much better than men's barbers and booked in for a facial too which was excellent and has really helped to clear my skin. Definitely recommend to men and women! Staff are really helpful too and made me feel comfortable.
