Top-notch service from these guys. Finn and Ben were fantastic. I was moving flat and they were superb. They quickly got the job done, despite a challenging parking situation, and managed to pack everything in one run. Nothing broken or damaged, and they took the job on relatively last minute. For the cost I was very, very happy. What was a stressful event was made very easy and straightforward. Would definitely recommend, and I'll be keeping their details for future use!

The service, care, intelligence, thoughtfulness and efficiency that these guys provide was a genuine joy to experience. If there is a better removals team than Van With A Man in the whole of this fair nation of ours, I will eat my spare packing boxes.They have the same fully kitted out vans with ropes, stays, blankets and padding galore that you with get with the big companies like Pickfords et al, but also the level of care they took over everything from the get-go meant that any worries we may have had about our stuff arriving in any less of a shiny state than when it set off were very soon allayed.They were great on the phone arranging things beforehand, and called to say they were en route on the day. They arrived on time, went through the entire flat and worked out the safest and most efficient order to move everything down into the van to ensure it was safely transported and then went into the new place in the right order. And then with every item they carried, treated it as if it was their own, yet still worked quickly.To give you an example, my prized money plant that over fifteen years has grown to over a meter wide and tall, and is very brittle and fragile, needed to be moved. I was expecting only half of it to survive, and yet it arrived at my new place without the loss of a single leaf or stem. A professional gardener friend of mine was gobsmacked, as was I. At the other extreme, I watched Rupert carry a sea chest on his shoulder down four flights of stairs that would have taken two normal men to handle, and all without leaving a mark anywhere. Except, perhaps, his shoulder.They took great care of both the old and new properties, making sure that even though it was raining heavily they left not a footprint behind. They were also charming, funny, kind, polite, talented and interesting, , and just the antidote we needed after what had been a bruising few months of renovations and dealing with unreliable and lacklustre trades. Nothing was too much trouble for them. When they arrived I pretty much hated the new place, and by the time they'd moved us in I didn't mind it so much. I don't think it much of an exaggeration to say that they restored my faith, if not in the whole of humanity, certainly the part of humanity that involves itself with property exchange.Still not convinced? Judging by the quotations I was getting from Clockwork etc, using Van With A Man will give you a better service whilst also saving you a fortune. Be sure to give them a tip out of those savings, as they will absolutely have earned it! Moving house is one of the most stressful of life's many events, and to have these guys take that stress away was worth its weight in gold.So a shout out to Rupert, Fenwick, Jonathan, John and Rosey for a job incredibly well done. My only gripe? There's more than one of them on the team, so the company name doesn't really work. Ven With Men, anyone?

I do not reccomend. I asked for a quote and I was told that they would charge me half a hour for driving to my place ( for me that's already strange) but I told the guy that is only about 15 minutes according to google maps. Despite I informed of this, the guy I spoke with told me I could book only if I was happy with the condition.At the end I chose another company to do my move as they offered me a better customer service.

I’ve used Rupert for a number of things from house moves to collecting outsized items. He and his team are professional and took care with every task for which I’ve hired them. So I am moving from Oxford to Glasgow, and had a main concern regarding my stuff to be moved out. 'Man with a Van' through the help of John, and Daniel made it easier for me and my friend. We helped them a bit as we had to run up and down the second floor but afterwards, everything ran smoothly. They were all smiles regardless of our stuff (especially mine), and it is just helpful to have this atmosphere knowing it is my first-time here. Recently moved from glasgow to Aberdeenshire and the guys were amazing. Super friendly and efficient. Held our stuff over night which is daunting when it’s everything you own! But felt safe due to the teams friendly nature! Will be recommending them to friends/family in the future!

Excellent service at a great price. Van With A Man Glasgow moved us into our new flat. The guys were really careful and nothing was damaged during the move. They dismantled some items and put them back together at the new place. They took the time to put boxes in the right room to minimise the work for us. Would definitely recommend for your next move.
