Halfords - Tunbridge Wells

We had a windscreen wiper fitted because our old one was squeaky and wasn't cleaning our screen well. Now our car has a smooth, squeak-free windscreen wiper that cleans well. Thank you Halfords!

Really pleasant experience in store. Didn’t catch the man’s name on the till but he was really lovely and very accommodating to everyone including me, in store. Archie fitted my lights for me and did it in good time and was also very nice. Thank you to all for helping me. Merry Christmas

I want to extend a massive thank you to the amazing team working at Halfords on Friday 6th October. After my car battery died on the industrial area, one of the team (think name was Michael) went out his way to come and fix it. He drove me to my car to jump it. He then ensured the battery was fully heathy. Thank you so much - and thanks to the rest of the team for covering whilst he came to help.

Helpful, pleasant staff and attractive store. I was invited, and accepted, to join the Halfords Car club for a £5 discount and a free 10 point car inspection. Wow!More signs above aisles would be a help - have a look at B&Q. But this won't deter me from visiting Halfords again.

I had a roof box fitted today,they fitted me in earlier than my appointment time,the box was fitted by Archie,this guy had to build the box to start with,which is unusual. He built it well,then fitted it to my car,always chatting and cheerful even though it took him longer than usual. He was helpful and knowledgeable,I will definitely use them again...thank you.

I arrived on a Saturday afternoon.. a nice man told me which windscreen wipers I needed. Got to til, someone else came up and asked if I wanted them fitted. Paid... they said if I leave my email address I get the £5 fee off. WHAT SERVICE. AMAZING!

Very poor experience while returning an item bought with a voucher that comes with Halford premium motor club membership. I only wanted a replacement product of same value or was okay to pay any difference for a higher value item. Knowledge of staff was poor. It was embarrassing to deal with the staff on this topic. I was told that if I returned an item that was bought with a voucher I get nothing not even a voucher of the same value or option to replace with other product. With great difficulty and after spending lot of time explaining I returned the item and got another item and paid the difference. It was like a favour done on me. This is for a benefit that is marketed with premium motoring club membership. I would recommend you are better off without the premium club membership.

I was very impressed with the service given to when my brake light bulbs needed replacing. All the staff were friendly and efficient, and I was reassured by Basil's professional conduct. The job was done in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend Halfords for this type of job.
