All the staff have been helpful as I negotiated a difficult period of selling and buying. In particular Jay was courteous and ready to advise as he helped me to prepare the bungalow for sale. As a result we had a quick and satisfactory result.

The process of identifying suitable tenants for Old Mill House was handled very professionally and in a timely manner; this resulted in there being only a very short period between our previous tenants departing and new tenants taking up residence. Bobby's advice regarding the amount of rent we should charge was also very helpful.

Just coming to the end of a six month tenancy in one of Harrison Lavers & Potburys properties. A short term let whilst I looked for a property to buy. I began the tenancy right at the start of the lock down and so was trapped here without my family (though I cannot think of a better place to be trapped than Sidmouth!) I cannot praise Bobby Marshall enough. He was professional, so kind and helpful, and he really did go the extra mile to help me. It was a difficult time for me being caught here in Sidmouth on my own and Bobby was very supportive. I didn't really have any issues with the property, just a couple of minor every day things, e.g. flush on loo; Bobby responded immediately and made sure these issues were sorted out really quickly. I also found all the staff in the office in Sidmouth very friendly and welcoming; certainly the best Estate Agents in Sidmouth (in my opinion!)
