I would rate them 0 if that was an option on here. Terrible customer service and always feel unwelcomed. Staff always miserable like they have been forced to do there jobs.

Staff on main desk seemed helpful on the phone but not friendly when we got there which was strange. We didn’t really feel welcome as new customers.The ladies on checkout were lovely though!Good prices on some of the products, others not so much. Worth a browse I suppose.

Doesn’t deserve 1 star if only there was an option for no stars !!!!This place is awful, not a friendly environment, terrible service provided at all times, very rude and not professional. Never felt welcomed here and they don’t know how to speak to their customers and then get asked for ID when you’ve been visiting this place for so many years. This place is a JOKE!!!!

Very well laid out and sufficiently stocked. Although vat should really be shown on all items not missing it off the price on end of isle items to make you think you got yourself a bargain.
