Had a fab time today, my therapist was Kath who was just amazing from start to finish! My feet have never felt so smooth, great polish work too. She is an asset to your salon, very bubbly and friendly, being a visitor to London she made me feel very welcome. Big thanks Kath!

Three weeks in and still no chips. Indestructible gels! Definitely worth paying more for. And Georgina is super lovely! 5 stars from me :)

Got a gel manicure after work out of convenience. It was my first visit. Terrible technique, nails weren't filed properly and too much coating applied on the nails which made them look extremely thick and heavy. Ended up having to go back to my usual nail salon to take them off and get them redone within a few days. A complete waste of money and time.

Disappointed, had a manicure and pedicure and I would rate it 3/10. Paid a lot less and had a much better service in other salons. As someone that work in the industry I know what standards should be met. Had french tip and can still see my natural tip underneath. Had the gel peel off after 6 days. Very poor cuticle removal. Not close to the sides of my nails. Tried to book in to have it rectified only to be spoken to poorly and sarcastically. If you charge a upscale price I expect upscale customer service and results.

So impressive, I highly highly recommend.I visited Amy today for a Brow Formation. I have been in a pickle for years with my brows. She was so patient and kind with me, totally sorted me out and they look amazing. Over the moon.I don't think I would have achieved a better service from any other salon in London, even those charging twice the price.

I have visited this nail salon more than 10 times now and I must say, it never disappoints! The salon is always clean, comfortable and has a relaxing atmosphere. But what makes my experience even better is the excellent service provided by Jade, my go-to nail technician.Jade is not only efficient and thorough with her work, but she is also incredibly friendly and always makes me feel welcome. She consistently provides quick yet perfect treatments, paying great attention to detail and ensuring that my nails look flawless.I highly recommend this nail salon, especially if you're looking for high-quality service from a skilled and professional team. 100% recommend Georgina for waxing. Georgina was professional, friendly and courteous and didn't miss a hair. She quickly put me at ease. I also can't believe how perfect my eyebrows look from a tidy-up wax, usually only get that finish with threading. Excellent service.

I’m staying in London for a couple of weeks and it was my first visit to the salon. All staff were very friendly at the salon . I had booked for gel soak off and repainting toe nails with normal polish. I was very pleased to see that no drills were used to remove the gel, it was removed by soaking. Georgina did a lovely job on my toes and she was lovely to chat with. I had such a good experience that I have booked a facial at the salon too. If I had lived in the area, this would definitely be my go to salon.

Jaxon’s salon is fantastic, I have been coming to the salon for a number of years now and am always impressed. Amy is amazing and always so welcoming. She listens to any concerns you may have and is able to advise if the treatment is right for you. The salon is exceptionally clean and the app is super easy to use to book any appointments whilst on the go.
