I've been here before. Keep coming back because they have a very good standard of work. It's busy because it's popular, which means some wait time. But it's worth the wait.

Was in past on Sunday to get infills done, have not been here in many years. Such a lovely place to go, staff was super friendly and very welcoming. I absolutely love my nails and will be back in 3 weeks, the lady who did them did an amazing job. Ty u so much.

Amazing friendly staff that have all the time for you! Very helpful and always help me decide on a colour/help me achieve the look I want even though I never have a clue myself. I always tend to be their last appointment of the day and they never rush me out. Seem genuinely happy when you like the nails you get :-) 10/10

They know their onions.Was a bit irked at the time though - their website said 1 hr 30mins. I arrived in time, was delayed for over 15 minutes and the service took over 2hr 15mins, maybe because not one person attends to customers from start to finish. Different persons did different stages of the nail work.But my nails and those of the other guests I saw there were definitely popping at the end.And their prices are pretty pretty fair.I'd recommend them, but on days they're very booked, give your schedule a bit of time gap.

They were super nice, i got exactly what I wanted and my nails look beautiful!!I've been there 3 times now and have had an equally great time each time! they're always very co-operative and super talented when it comes to designs, I've left with exactly what i pictured in my head every time!

I was told it's going to be a 20-30 minute wait and was left to wait OVER an hour. Then, when I was finally told it'd be my turn, a different customer was seen to instead. I have never been treated with so much disrespect.Thanks for wasting my time!

I have been here a few times and I have generally been happy with my nails however the last time, the man done them and they were such a mess, the acrylic was far too thin and the gel polish on top of the acrylic was messy and on my skin. I went back to get them fixed. The woman tried to build them up with more acrylic however she chopped down the length in the process resulting in uneven lengths and the gel polish was yet again a mess. The woman chomped on chewing gum the whole time which was unpleasant. I went elsewhere to get them removed as they were so painful and looked so bad. They were an absolute nightmare to remove. I was advised they used substandard products. My nails are extremely unhealthy now and are growing in bumpy which I’ve never experienced before after acrylic and gel polish. The staff appear to be trained on the job and are not qualified.
