I placed an order with this company and did not receive any email confirming the order. However, a few days later I checked my credit card and they had debited my account. I called the company to enquire and they told me that there was no order placed, as I would have received an email with an order number. It took a few calls - it's extremely difficult to resolve anything without an order number - before they accepted that they had taken money from my account. They did not take responsibility but instead blamed the external parties that run their website and said it was not their fault. This was a couple of weeks after I had placed my order - their website said delivery would be a few days not a few weeks. By this time I had sourced that same goods from somewhere else. I told them that I no longer needed the items and to cancel my order, which they accepted on the phone. A day after I cancelled my order, they delivered the goods despite them acknowledging that I no longer wanted the goods. When I called them to let them know that they have delivered the goods, they denied this and said it wasn't them and their Accounts team were processing my refund, which would take a couple of days. A few days later I called to say that I still had not received my refund. They said it was because they had delivered the goods, which previously they had denied. When I asked them to take back the goods, they said I would need to arrange and pay for delivery myself (at my cost) before they would refund goods that I had cancelled prior to dispatch (and which for weeks they had insisted I had never ordered). In trying to resolve this, the company was very unhelpful and rude, and kept on changing their story. I won't be ordering from this company again.

Disappointing purchase received with damaged backing to carpet. Rude and uncaring customer service. No repeat orders from me!

Very happy customer I recently ordered Cormar Carpet from UK Carpet Mills for 2 bedrooms, it was the lowest price I found anywhere after trawling the internet which I was thrilled about as this brand's carpet is amazing quality and not the cheapest by any stretch. I called their customer service to check they had enough stock as it said it was low on the website - they did - and the lady helped guide me through ordering the right amount, really friendly and helpful, set the date for delivery and shortly after I had a confirmation email. I called again about a week before the delivery date as I wanted to check everything was on track, once again really friendly and helpful chap spoke to me and said it was in the warehouse all ready to be be dispatched. Turned up as expected on the delivery date and I could not be happier with it, an exact match to the carpet sample I had ordered direct from Cormar Carpet, for a really good price! Will be ordering from here again when we do our stairs :)
