Visited on a live music evening ... considering the pub was packed , the staff did an excellent job ensuring there was a limited wait to be served. For that I thank you. This pub is right next door to a spoons ... so SUPPORT IT. Else one day all our pubs will lack atmosphere and we'll lose our friendly local ( like this pub ) ... and for the sake of cheap beer, land up with dives like Whetherspoons!

Great outside area with seating to relax with family feel and live music in the evening outside. Burgers were really good quality and tasty.

Hard to judge on a weekday lunchtime. Very quiet and a bit of odour about the place but spacious with two pool tables and about 4 dartboards
