The most amazing dog groomer in town!!! I have took my three year old miniature schnauzer , Daisy to numerous groomers but no one has made her as pretty ! HIGHLY recommend

Great experience with our puppy today! It was Ebby's first groom session and the Clip & Dip Dog Grooming staff took as much time as needed to make the dog feel comfortable. Thank you so much, Ebby is sooo pretty and ready for the hot weather :)

Well Milo has found his new pamper parlour. He liked it as soon as he walked through the door, so much so he had a little wee just to mark it as his. Claudia has done a fantastic job, we have our dapper chap back. Most importantly Claudia really cares about the dogs if she didn't Milo would certainly let us know, but when we returned he was running about having fun with the look like they do.... Oooh look at me I'm a handsome boy and I know it. Well all I can say we certainly will be returning an i know Milo will be happy to come back to have a play and pamper session.

Today was our first visit to Clip &Dip and it definitely won’t be our last. Claudia did an amazing job with our 2 year old Cavapoo Bailey. He looks and smells beautiful and most importantly he had a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend

DISGUSTED!!1. You don’t take a pristine dog to the groomers. You take a dog that’s needs grooming to be groomed.2. Customer service = 03. Someone who neglects their dog… does not take their dog to the groomers.4. For claudia to insinuate that my daughter had been neglecting her dog is absolutely outrageous and as her mother, I am BEYOND disgusted.Firstly I wouldn’t even rate this as one star. My daughter has just come home having left this “establishment” after having her dog groomed here. She was made to feel totally inadequate and belittled. Claudia spoke to my daughter totally unprofessionally, condescending and aggressive. Claudia being totally unaware of my daughters mental health issues. as a mother, seeing my daughter getting out of the house and taking her dog to be groomed was a huge progression for her after months of post natal depression to then come home in tears, I found this truly disgusting. I phoned Claudia to express my upset and was met with total aggression and an openly hostile response. Shouting down the phone at me and hung up. Claudia, you’re providing a service, you cannot talk to people in this way, especially if you’re running a business. You do not know the backstory. BE KIND.

We visited Clip and Dip for the first time with our recently rehomed Yorkie. He absolutely loved Claudia and came out looking and smelling delicious. Will definitely be making Clip & Dip our regular groomer - absolutely brilliant, thank you.

Initially happy to give Claudia a try. I am afraid I will not be returning! Price quoted £45.00 was not the price she charged (60.00) a price is a price! I found her quite angry, she raised her voice to us, she told us to return to our original groomer (they have ceased trading!) She told me my dog was difficult (Cocker Spaniel) that she hated everything, even a bath and had to be muzzled!! surprising as had no previous complaints. Average haircut and she left her nails unfinished and sharp! To top it off she was bad mouthing us to two other customers for us to see through her shop window, totally unprofessional. Previous reviews state similar of overcharging on the day! As a new client perhaps shop around first and secure a fixed price as nobody likes unexpected surprises!!!!

I have just picked up my puppy from Clip & Dip and he looks absolutely gorgeous! Claudia has been fantastic, she took the time to make my puppy feel relaxed and comfortable on his first trip to the groomers. I wasn't sure how my puppy would feel as it is a new experience but it was clear how much he loved being with Claudia and I knew 100% I could trust her to take care of him as if he were her own. She also offered me brilliant advice for how to keep him clean and healthy at home, something as a new puppy owner I really appreciated. The cut is fantastic - exactly how I asked for it to be! I cannot fault Claudia in any way, I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dog groomers!!!

I have had two of my dogs groomed by Claudia in the last few weeks and she is a lovely person both to her customer and the dogs. She has a great personality and the dogs were lovely and calm in her presence. Thankyou Claudia for a great grooming on both dogs, see you next week for the third one.
