I met Tottenham Court Rd crew in March 2023 and ordered CoreTec Jura floor.Fatima sales person was excellent in organising samples,floor fitters ,delivery and finish result is great.Very happy so far.I would strongly recommend Fatima her professionalism and patience.

I have never had service like I had in the Tottenham Court Road branch. The range of flooring is amazing - I bought a luxury vinyl as well as carpet and I am thrilled with both. The surveyor was excellent. The fitters were excellent and our assistant, Fatima, has been fantastic throughout, bending over backwards to help us find products that exactly met our needs - by far the best assistant I have had in a very long time. I cannot praise the service and the quality of the products enough.

Me and my partner decided to change our carpet in the living room so we headed down to the floor room to see what they had. Right from the start it was a pleasant experience. We were met by a happy chappy called Carl, he was great! Very knowledgeable and helped us eliminate options and decided on a carpet perfect for our situation. Would highly recommend and when the time comes we will definitely buy from Carl.

This company have not given any notice on the show room renovation, so the first time I came here and couldn’t get in. I called and they said it will be reopened next Monday. However I visited again on Thursday and it’s still closed. I saw the renovation are nearly completed and staff are inside, I have been waiting outside for a long while but they have been ignoring me and told me to go as it’s closed. I just wanna find a flooring that match my flar (which I have the sample already) then I will immediately order and purchase their services. They don’t have any flooring info online so it has to be in person. This is really frustrating and disappointing given I still haven’t used their service (I wish but I couldn’t because of the unwelcoming staff and operation system).

I greatly valued the professional experience and advice from start to finish of the order. Highly recommended. And also the floor layers they recommended were excellent.

Extremely Disappointed with Cancellation Notice and DishonestyI had an incredibly disappointing experience with this service. They gave us less than 24 hours' notice of cancellations, which caused a lot of inconvenience and stress. What's even more frustrating is that the staff seemed to be actively avoiding our calls, and it appeared they were passing us around without addressing our concerns.The most concerning part of this ordeal was the blatant dishonesty. We were repeatedly assured that the delivery was on its way, only to find out three days later from the manager that the carpet was not available at all. This level of deceit not only wasted our time but also caused significant trouble with our arrangements.

Visited in early Dec after hearing about their luxury vinyl, for our 2 office spaces. Wow, I had never seen this product line before, as we had been considering hardwood initially. Really impressed with the design and quality, it’s fitted like regular wood flooring in panels! As usual, great service, no nonsense, and product delivered ahead of time. Worth a review, the gentlemen even kept shop open past hours to sort my last minute order!

Had a great experience using The Floor Room for flooring for my whole house. We purchased both carpets and luxury vinyl. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic.
