Dean is great teacher with many years of experience teaching all age groups. Kids love him. Club is not just about sport but to teach discipline and respect for yourself and others. welcome everyone no matter of age or fitness level. I've been training here for several weeks. I'm really enjoying it. Sensei Dean is a good laugh and extremely knowledgeable. It's also an excellent workout too. Would recommend to anyone that wants to stay fit, improve their confidence or defend themselves.
