Very dissapoitment today, usually Everything was good, people very friendly, Today I came pick up drops for my cat, the receptionist young woman find very rude, She said she have to wait for vet to give me drops so I said okay, if she can just let me know when they ready I will wait in the car, I ve been waiting about 15 minutes nobody call me so I gone back there, the receptionist sat very comfortable in her chair, I told her that I am busy and how long will take, then with unhappy face she gave me drops and said thanks"

Would like to thank the receptionist at Ripon and also works at Thirsk ( not sure of name) lovely friendly calm caring manner.To the vets at Thirsk thanks for you care and compassion recently on having to put my dog Yogi to sleep. You made a difficult emotional time, with your care and compassion easier to get through.

Friendly, caring and helpful staff. Fairly new client yet they already remember my cats names. Easy to book an appointment. When one was in danger of being dehydrated they saw her within the hour

Fantastic vets amazing customer care and fast efficient treatment. Recently 2 of my 4 pets had to stay overnight at the Thirsk hospital and the communication was top class keeping me appraised every step of the way. Highly recommend

Excellent customer servce from the receptionist/nurse and very professionaal interaction with the vet. Eased our concern over our dog's condition and the medication provided is already having good effect.

The vet we saw was very informative and, kind. I felt like I had an option with what we should do to help my dog (I understand sometimes there isn't another option), but I felt like I wasn't pressured into buying additonal things that wouldn't actually make much difference at all to my dogs recovery. I felt the vet was very understanding of my dogs needs, there was a scared dog in the back making a bit of noise, but she kept a calm positive tone which helped calm my dog when we needed him to be calm. Just great customer service! Thanks very much, Holly and Toby the pug :)
