I ordered a Bosch oven from Moore's and the service was outstanding. From the very helpful lady who took my order and answered all my questions, to the excellent delivery and installation service.The price was much better than all the large retailers, both for the oven and for the installation. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Second time we have used Moore's and equally as impressed!We ordered a cooker when we renovated our kitchen - we wanted a cream cooker and the only place we could find one at a competitive price was here and it is excellent. We have Just received our new washer/dryer - best price around for spec we wanted. Friendly, on time delivery - great service once again- thank you.

Moores give such great customer service. I ordered a Belling cooker from their website in July 2018. I received a call from them the same day explaining that the cooker I had chosen was on a long lead time and offering an alternative Belling that could be delivered more quickly. Subsequently they contacted me again to offer even faster delivery for the cooker in a slightly different colour combination. Throughout the process they were unstintingly helpful, courteous and professional. Not only do they give excellent service, they are very competitively priced as well.

Excellent friendly service, put a deposit down on a cooker, but couldn't have it delivered straight away, but Moore's kept it for us until we were ready. The delivery guys were great, and the cooker looks amazing in our new kitchen. Thankyou

Ordered an oven from Moore's ,when it arrived it didn't fit as my kitchen units were fitted a bit wonky. They couldn't have been nicer about it, found me an alternative in stock and saved the day. Really lovely people and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Originally I paid for a different cooker, knowing there would be a delay from Hotpoint. However after 4 months I still didn't have the cooker but Rory suggested a different cooker which he had & which had all the same requirements I'd wanted on the Hotpoint. I was happy to swap. On delivery day, unfortunately one of the cooker legs was missing so Moore's ordered a new one for us which was sent directly to us & arrived 6 days later.

Went in search of a new range oven. Saw Moore’s appliances online and decided to pop over an have a look, and we are so pleased we did. They were so helpful and patient, having made a massive mistake with my last oven I wanted to be sure it was right. Thank you to the fabulous staff at Moore’s ( I’m sorry but I didn’t get your names)
