Brilliant.My engagement ring had loose stones. The work was done very quickly and reasonably priced.I'm so happy with the work it's so sparkly it looks like the day I got it.Thank you to the amazing staff for doing such a great job.

Now reopened as lockdown measures have eased for non-essential retail.Controlled access, max 2 customers at one time, with good hygiene measures (screens, sanitizer). In addition, replacement watch batteries are done overnight, not while-U-wait.

Starts out okay but then goes downhill!I'm all for supporting local businesses but when they are quite abrupt and set in their ways I do think they aren't that interested in reaching out to new customers! To start with the tone was pleasant but when asking more questions about quality and guarantee they were quite short and abrupt with me and made me felt embarrassed asking normal questions. Needless to say I left and purchased from someone else.

Went in to look for a ring, the woman was incredibly friendly and helpful, she talked me through everything and I decided to put a deposit on one of them even though it was too large, as she was so helpful I knew it would be no hassle to get it re sized.However when we returned the next week to complete the purchase, another member of staff served us and we were shocked by how bad it was, we felt a complete embarrassment and burden to even be in the shop and just wanted to leave as soon as possible, we definitely would not have brought anything had this been our first experience.I personally will not return but if I was a more confident person and could ask for that particular member of staff, it would definitely be worth the visit for her support

I took two of my rings in to be fixed, re-dipped and engraved. They have both come back as good as new and as beautiful as the day I got them! I am so so happy with the results such an amazing job thank you so much Dean and the team!
