Fixed a PC that is used as part of our car alignment system.I had been told by the PC manufacturer that the unit was beyond repair and needed to be replaced at great expense. LX Computers thought different and stood by their words. The PC was fixed with little fuss and now runs better than ever.Thank you for all your efforts. I had taken my Dell XPS laptop to many places before, including the advanced tech experts of a very well known high street electronics store. None had been able to resolve what they described as a 'very complex' recovery job involving Microsoft Bit Locker/Recovery Key. I saw lots of recommendations for Raj of LX Computers Ltd so decided to see if he could help.Despite the laptop being corrupted, Raj recovered all of the 'lost' data, transferred it to a safe place and gave me really helpful tips and advice to ensure best practice data management for the future. He then went on to fix and reboot the laptop which is now ready to use 'as if new'. He even loaded relevant applications for me. He explained every stage of the process and kept me fully up to date throughout. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. Nothing was too much trouble and he was an absolute pleasure to engage with. Not only is Raj clearly an expert in his field, he is also very fair and reasonable with the charges that he applies. He is a genuine professional who quite simply wants to do the best by his customers. I would highly recommend LX Computers. I contacted Raj at LX computers through facebook after he was recommend by many people in a bmw group on facebook. They sent me out a refurbished ccc unit for my bmw and it was an excellent service. I had a few other problems and they was happy to help with fault finding and other problems i had, over the phone and messages. This is a very trust worthy and amazing company. I would definitely deal with LX computers again.

Raj was very efficient, professional and an all out genuine person. Instead of fixing my old laptop screen which would cost more than the laptop is worth, he transferred my cherished documents and media on to an external hard drive despite this making him less money. I would 100% recommend his services.

Phoned up and asked if he could help out with a Water Pump PCB, was told he'd be happy to have a look. Took the part down, and within the hour, he had repaired it while i waited. Absolute life saver and extremely helpful. I will definitely be recommending his services to my friends and companies we work with if they ever need this type of service!!
