My stylist, August, was brilliant and the best hairstylist so far. Very impressed with the outcome and with August’s attention to individual customer's needs. I will definitely go back. Maeve had coloured my hair and she's brilliant. Very happy with the service.

Ani was very good, she listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I was after. I was very happy with the finished result. A very nice atmosphere in the salon. Never used Toni & Guy before but will definitely be going back.

I had the most professional and well done 12-week blowdry by Emma - I cannot recommend her enough! The staff were incredibly kind and made me feel at ease while I was getting the treatment done, and Emma made my hair look like a dream. So far, my hair has held up really nicely and has been much easier to look after, blowdry, and style. It feels much healthier. I will definitely be coming back for my regular cut and blowdry here. Thank you so much Emma!!

Had my first haircut in almost 4 years and had a really lovely time - Emma was really pleasant and did a great job trimming my male Rapunzel hair down to an attractive and manageable length. I think I'll return sooner without going another four years without a haircut.

From the very first step we took inside the salon, we were welcomed, we’ve been given some refresher.She did my hair so wonderfully, no one has ever done it. She gave me her professional input about and I love it.This is my first time going to this salon and for sure, I will be a loyal customer.I forgot the name of my hairstylist (not good with names) but I remember where she’s from, Lithuania. I love love love her ❤️

I had my hair cut and coloured by Emma this evening and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. This was the first time I had visited T&G Richmond, and had had my previous hairdresser for 15years, so I was a little apprehensive. Emma put me totally at ease and both the cut and colour are perfect. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

From the moment I walked in, Emma was welcoming and made me feel very relaxed and pampered after a hard day at work.I was very happy with my scalp treatment, head massage and blow dry. I will definitely be coming back.It was just what I needed, I highly recommend this salon!
