Do not buy from a breeder where you cannot meet the mother of the puppy!! It’s that simple. These types of breeders shouldn’t exist and should not be legal.

I WAS FORCED TO DECLARE MYSELF BANKRUPT DUE TO THIS BREEDER'S GREED!!If I could give them zero stars I would.I purchased what I thought was a chihuahua puppy from her in 2013. Unknown to me until I had it DNA tested that it was a crossbreed with a husky! (Yes that's right). Also the parents she showed me in her house wasn't the correct parents as kennel club papers said mother was white and Elena showed me a blue girl as the mother to the pup. So the kennel club papers were obviously fraudulent too. I was then given by herself and Elena Katerova's mother Anna Mullard a refund for the puppy and the cost of the DNA test as long as I agreed to a confidentiality agreement sent to me via email. As I felt this was the only way of receiving a refund from the dodgy couple I naively agreed.A few weeks later another lady found out about the DNA results and published them on her website. So Elena published a page full of lies about me on her website and then took me to court for breach of her dodgy confidentiality agreement. As I was going through a break up with my husband at the time I never turned up at court to fight the case with her as other things were going on in my life at the time.A few years later she then found out where I was living and sent high court baillifs to my house for the £5000 the judge had awarded her.I was unable to pay this and was forced to declare myself bankrupt because of this to have this unjustified debt written off.Do yourself a favour NEVER buy anything from these crooks...not even a dead goldfish....they should be in prison not selling puppies!!

They import puppies bred abroad to be used for profit and they often arrive in poor health.Quarantined?... I doubt. They need serious investigation from the RSPCA & immigration, If you have had a similar poor experience please report as it's not only a trading standards issue but cruel and inhumane. Besides customers costs, vets bills and the potential corona virus risks & heart ache.

Be aware she falsely advertises!I bought a 4 month old Pomeranian for £2200 agreed with Elena. On pets4home she was advertised for £3.000 i questioned why she dropped the price and she said its coming up to summer people are going on holiday. I went to see the puppy the following day i left a £400 deposit as requested in cash, she was advertised as KC registered i still have the advert on my phone. My husband collected the puppy from her house in Cheshire where they have 40 plus dogs all running around. He was given the passport and Elena said she would forward the KC paperwork on.The dog came home and she was extremely nervous very shaky, Unfortunately the day after in the garden the puppy literally went down a step in the garden and hurt her leg, the puppy was holding her leg up so i took her to the vets where we discovered she has broken her leg. So she had surgery and had an implant in the right leg. The vet asked me how old i thought this dog was ...... and he said she has adult molars, i looked at the DOB on her passport and she was almost 12 months old!Id call that.... FALSE ADVERTISING.I called Elena that day and her response was ill ask the breeder in Russia it must be wrong" She never forwarded any KC paperwork or gave me any answers. I did proceed to Court and the judge awarded in my favor that she miss-advertised the dog and i could have my money back and she was to have the puppy back. i had 5 mins to think this over in court and decided to keep Gucci my dog in a loving environment where she deserved. Don't believe the hype!"

I purchased a Pomeranian called Bella on the 12th of July 2017 from Elena Katerova of Tiffany Chihuahuas in Chester on the 14th July 2017, EK delivered Bella to my home, she did not look the same dog as advertised!! Bella was cream in colour, not pure white and in very poor condition with large matted fur behind both ears and her eyes were heavily stained. Worryingly I noticed Bella had recently had her right leg fur shaved to the shoulder and the other legs fur had been cut to look similar.I contacted EK on the 15th July 2017 she assured me Bella had had her leg shaved due to a sprain whilst socializing with bigger dogs. On questioning EK her EXACT replies were. 1. 'She had a little bit of clipper because she had sprained her little leggy when playing with the bigger crowd & socializing, in the garden couple of weeks ago, so the vet had to ensure there was nothing serious hence why they had clipped her leg'.With Bella constantly holding her leg up and yelping every time she knocked it I pushed the questioning. 2. 'No she never had a cast or bandage, they've shaved it straight away for X-ray they have to. Even when it's a sugar drop, in other puppies I've had, they have to shave the whole leg off so there is no infection when they put the catheter in. I know what you mean about holding her leg up, I've seen it but she did it before she hurt her leg. It's not unusual as I have few others that do exact same thing. So don't think it's pain or injury related'.TCs vet informed me that Bella had suffered significant damage to her leg and advised me to contact a local university, where I was informed that on the 1st June Bella had had invasive surgery to correct two complete fractures on her radius and ulna and a permanent metal implant had been fitted. Bella had been dropped from a height on the 31st May, by EKs mother. Bella was to be on strict cage rest for 6 weeks ending on the 13th July and taken back to the university for follow-up x-rays to check if the implant surgery was successful. EK did not take Bella back for follow up x-rays, instead she delivered Bella to me on the 14th July! The crucial advised aftercare to promote long-term recovery was not adhered, which was unbelievably irresponsible of EK.EK has proven herself to be untrustworthy and had put Bella's welfare in danger and cared more about the sale and money. I did wish to pay a fair price for Bella as my family had become attached to her and we wanted to provide a happy and continuous home for her.EK constantly lied and was aggressive and threatening. EK was shockingly unprofessional and even threatened to leave negative reviews on my work business to tell our customers what a 'con' person I am and have resorted to personal insults. They have taken no responsibility for their actions and the customer care has been appalling at best.So sadly, this matter was taken to County Court in Plymouth, Devon. In law if your payment is refunded the contract has ended, as I had a full refund from my bank and the owner of Tiffany Chihuahua refused to reduce the price of Bella. EK demanded Bella's return and made it clear she was cross I had made too much bad publicity for her with this case and I refused to remove my TrustPilot review.I did make a successful counter claim, winning delivery, vets and groomers costs. The judge made it clear as an animal lover herself she was disgusted with EK and what she had done.EK tried to claim loss of earnings which the judge said NO to. EK claimed to run a supremely successful vitamin business 'Lumivitamin' and was losing many thousands of pounds just appearing in court. The judge refused this claim. Just as well as this amazing vitamin business 'Lumivitamin' turning over many thousands a day! has not posted on its Facebook page since 2018 with a very very sad attempt at conning the public by EKs boyfriend Christian on 26th August 2017 trying to convince viewers in a video to buy the pills because his hair and skin is much improved! Another money making scam.Pictures of proof attached.

Disgusting treatment of innocent puppies and dogs. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Their advertising is to try and sell the most fashionable" dogs but this breeder has a bad track record. Avoid."
