Great venue. Staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the car park wasn't wheelchair friendly lots of pot holes made it awkward while driving over them.

Recently joined and I'm impressed with the gym.The good:- Price, for £15 you get access to wide range of cardio and strength equipment- Car park, plenty of space whenever I've been and always managed to get a spot near the front- Cleanliness, believe it or not my last gym looked and smelt terrible, this gym looks and smells normal- Ambience, it's pleasant to work out, no loud music, no loud members and plenty of happy peopleThe bad:- Unfortunately they still operate a card system, no app or code for entry like some other gyms- It would be better if they had a sit-up/hyper-extension bench. Conclusion:A great gym fr the price. I haven't used any of the sports facilities...yet so can't comment on them.

An excellent gym spotlessly clean. And for the price you will struggle to better it.However since they have been forced to move their car park. Due to construction site. The car park they have been provided with, is barely fit for purpose. With it resembling no man's land of the Somme in the first world war!!!It really needs urgent pot hole repairs.

This is for young people who want to learn how to dance, which involves stretching as well. and a monthly payment of less than £40. you might get a discount if you have two or more kids to join. The coach is good, and she's teaching the kids beautifully how to dance. It's highly recommended.

Nice sports hall and well maintained. Can here to do a level 1 basketball coaching qualification. They have a large sports hall and had disabled soccer on at the same time, which was nice too see. Parking is a pain as they have building work going on but I’m sure once it’s completed it’ll be easier. They also have ice for injuries available from reception.

A very good gym, with modern, decent facilities. The only element which detracts from the overall experience, is the somewhat early closing times. 9.15 pm on a weekday is too early to close.

I'll give 5 stars if the car park is not that broken. Loads of facilities. Clean and nice changing room with good showers. However, hundred of very big potholes all over the car park. Basically, it's a broken construction site. It's disaster to drive there specially in the dark and in a rainny night.

Great little gym...since the university was demolished it is rare to see more than 10 people at a time using the gym itself. And very reasonable at 25 quid a month. Although no swimming pool or sauna etc.

Great place almost always has availability for badminton courts. Although the lighting isn’t ideal for more competitive playing since they tend to be right at the hitting angle
