Great village shop with a wide range of items in such a small space. Good take-away coffee available, which you can sip while sitting outside watching the steady stream of villagers coming and going.

This is a proper village shop that has been a stalwart of the village all through covidEtc, they are friendly, helpful and have a good stock.You can even get a coffee and sit outside, in the sun if you're lucky.

Tried the pantry today. Had a nice take-away coffee and half a slice of white choc millionaires tray bake and a half a slice of peppermint crunch already packaged. It was warm and sunny so we sat outside on their brand new bench. Please note not a cafe as we first thought.

My local shop, so perhaps a somewhat bias review. However to the village, the Ancrum Pantry is a lifeline. With well stocked shelves, and a range to suit everybody, not to mention a friendly face behind the counter (or sitting outside having coffee), The Ancrum Pantry is truly a jewel in Ancrums already impressive crown
