A woefully slow to get 'fast food' take away. Ordered in the restaurant via app and it took at least 15-20 mins on a Thurs morning..and it wasn't even busy. Workers in the kitchen swanning around doing who knows what...but clearly not cooking! So bad. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A FULL MORNING OR AFTERNOON AND AREN'T HUNGRY! ❌❌

The manger was very rude. There was absolutely no hospitality. He rushed us through are order and could hear him “Ughhhh” through the speakers. Didn’t even get the right food!!!!Along side that there was no cars in line and was asked to park up.

Went in tonight, and everyone behind the counter was very friendly and welcoming. You could tell they were all happy. It's not often you see that nowadays. The gentleman who served us was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that there were a couple of tables not cleaned away, but this didn't affect our visit.

I Like to eat Chicken Royal that was nice taste and the staff also good. Overall Experience is amazing imat this burger king.Thanks for serving the delicious food.

I don't like to give fast food restaurants a very high mark normally, but I came here at lunchtime, got served quickly, food was freshly cooked, hot and tasty.....better than most burger kings.......a few of the people serving looked a little sad...I hope they are feeling loved and appreciated in their job!!....a happy workforce is a productive workforce!!

Two bacon burgers, with fries,coffee,soft drink,and onion rings. £22. Tasted nice. The Place was clean. Service was quick as you would expect for a fast food place. Basic plastic seating.

Two of us had angus burger meal (with cheese slice) and whooper burger meal. Both fresh,delicious,juicy,loaded with fresh vegetables in the burger. Although fries were missing the salt,but it was still ok.

We sneaked in at 10.05pm for a very late dinner after a fun day out at southend. All staff were welcoming, but Billy was extra kind and gave my daughter a crown and chatted about her day and her half term break. A little bit of kindness and a smiley service go a long way thank you for making our day finish brilliant
