Really pleased with the workmanship, care and attention from this young man. I needed several jobs doing which I had been neglecting because of this lockdown but was persuaded by a friend to give Rapid Response Plumbers a go. He arrived on time wearing gloves and a mask just as I asked, he listened carefully and made a full assessment. I appreciated his honesty when he told me I could fix a leak at no cost with a new seal of my own costing less than a pound. With my bad back I was happy to pay for the privilege. I felt no pressure when he gave me his final quote, I was suprised when he encouraged me to always shop around (which I had done) but he assured me his margins were low as he was building his customer base. All the plumbing jobs were done around the house at a price much lower than any other quote and within timescale. He asked if he could take photographs of his work which I agreed so you might see them somewhere. He even rang me a week after just as he promised to check all was well. I will certainly be recommending RRP to friends and family.

Rapid response fitted my bathroom taps and also the bath tub cover which was hanging loose. very polite, excellent value, cleared up the mess himself after finishing the work and the tap is working lovely. I would recommend them with no hesitation.
