I have had my GivEnergy System since August 2022, I can honestly say that my solar generation system has exceeded my expectations.Had I done my research and chosen a larger inverter & battery, instead of accepting my installers recommendation it would have been even better still.GivEnergy customer support has in my opinion has been very good.In the last 9 months I have contacted support via chat or e-mail for assistance and on every occasion they have delivered without fail.

We've had the GivEnergy inverter and battery installed for around 18 months now and it's been faultless and reduced our energy bills by, well, a lot. Our current average energy price that we do draw from the grid is 8p/kWh as the system allows us to use and store solar and also do the same with off-peak energy.Support has been excellent via the various channels through what has been challenging times. Special mention must go to George Rawding for the excellent guides and engagement via the social channels and also to Callum who I spoke to just now who answered all of my questions regarding the installation of the EV charger which hopefully will be installed soon.A top class company which I would not hesitate to recommend if you are looking for solar and battery products.

Hardware / Software very high number of faults / issues.Awful company to deal with expects payment to send there own engineers out due to faulty hardware.Avoid at all costs. This is cheap imported hardware not made in UK like they claim. Will never install another Givenergy system.

Had my system installed now for around 26 months, twin ac3 system each with 1 5.2kwh batt, saved me an absolute fortune on electric along with smart tarriff I can easily top up batteries and use when needed I get around 5.5kwh just using the 2 inverters and alongside my solar setup on a good day I can pull around 12kwh without using anything from the grid.Giv team are tremendous at research and development always striving to improve the systems not only new kit but a little older kits like mine. Would certainly say they will be market leaders if not already, I am looking to expand my system for an additional 9.5 battery to get me over the shorter winter months.

Brilliant system, the amount of information available is great. App shows a lot but Cloud shows more. Worked from get go and does everything we needed. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

I am very happy with my Givenergy solar setup and I'd like to express how impressed I am with the aftercare. Particularly Paul Landregan, nothing is to much trouble for Paul he has helped so many people with queries or just settings. A lot of the time Paul does this in his own time. Paul is very helpful in the groups and has always responded very fast. Paul is a gent and a great asset to Givenergy. Keep up the good work Paul I appreciate it and know many other people do! 5 stars!

Had system for 6 weeks. Works superbly so far. App getting better all the time. Tech support have been really helpful whenever I’ve messaged them.

Had my system installed about 18 months ago and whilst I have had issues they have been responded to in what I would consider a reasonable time. Everyone’s view of reasonable time is different, especially if it’s sunny ! Support team are also quick to respond to most requests but sometimes you have to wait to be escalated past first line. Good kit, good support and some excellent knowledge in the Facebook groups - ignore the miserable people.

Super happy with my G2 hybrid and 9.5 battery. Customer support is amazing (only an absover via a FB group). And the added benefit of being one the most tech friendly systems out there is also great! (Givtcp)

Great bits of kit. If you get a good installer you won't have many problems with this system. Uk support team are really helpful even on issues you might just not understand. Only downside is they haven't released their EV charger yet maybe they need more people to test it?
