Queues too long sometimes as too busy stacking shelves and receiving deliveries. That often seems the priority. However a great local resource with nice staff. They just need to get the balance right. Illegal driving of lorries through no hgv zones around the shop is a major problem. As is poor waste management. Read litter from inadequate containers. Cost cutting and poor management for the latter. I could go on.
