Excellent service. Delivery was quick and was cheaper than AO too!

I'm writing because before ordering I was a little concerned about the mixed reviews I'd seen. The item I ordered was significantly cheaper on this site and was in stock and available for rapid delivery - so rapid that I requested a delay and this was handled smoothly. The delivery was kerbside which was fine for me but others may find it awkward for heavy items and there does seem to be a delivery charge for heavy orders costing less than £800 overall. However, given the excellent price and good service with excellent telephone support I was very happy with this supplier and would use them again. But they do need to fix their customer account creation process which does not work.

The customer services and returns policy is appalling. They apply admin costs which are not clear - in their returns policy it says 'cost may be applied'. The customer is left to an unknown cost until the item has been returned therefore forced to accept the cost emailed out. There is no justification for this cost nor does it include the cost of the delivery. This experience has left me £125 out of pocket. Emails and several phone calls had to be made to get any information and none were returned with information about the admin fee or what I thought was the return delivery cost, before it was returned. Avoid this company unless you are prepared for a long and costly return.

Great customer service from Courtney when our new Bosch combi-oven had a non-repairable fault and Bosch were not very interested. Despite a truly appalling approach from Bosch, she stuck with it, and eventually got a decent settlement. Would not hesitate to buy from Appliance Source, but not sure I will ever buy Bosch again.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! 10 emails/5 voicemails and none responded. Wanted to cancel the order less than 24hrs afte it was placed but they did not respond and still took the money out. ABSOLUTELY rubbish customer service- never a reply. I wish i had seen others' reviews before ordering from them. Very dodgy and likely a fraudulent company so be warned. I will be contacting the Police to report them since I have not other means to get hold of them.!!!!

I placed an order with Appliance Source as they were showing they had stock, and cancelled an order elsewhere who didn't have stock. Few days later Appliance Source say they have no stock and won't have any for 4 months! BUT they are still showing they have stock and still taking peoples money for products they don't have.

Ordered an oven, hob and warming drawer. All were out of stock which I knew at the time of ordering. Gave me the option to cancel as lead times were unknown. I kept the order in place and all items were delivered in the time frame I required free of charge. Courtney was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to assist.

This is by far the worse online company I have ever dealt with , I ordered and paid for a cooker hood around two weeks ago , we got a email to say delivery was last Wednesday , as they don't give any delivery times we had to stay in the whole day , at around 4pm I rang Appliance Source to find out if they knew where it had got to , no one answered , voice mail , and no delivery , a total wasted day .Next morning I sent a email and yes you have guessed it , NO REPLY.So rather than waste any more of my time I went to my bank to try and get my money back and opened a fraud case against the company .DO NOT waste your time and money on a company who cannot have the decency to reply to your phone calls and emails .If there was less than one star then I would have gave them nothing , the same as they have gave me .

I do not reccomend this company. Ordered a dishwasher marked as free delivery, they are trying to get extra 40£ for a 7-10 day delivery. I want to cancell my order and they do not reply to emails or answer phone.

I wanted to leave this review because the other negative reviews concerned me a bit.But I must say the service and communication with Courtney has been brilliant.There was a delay from the supplier for them to get the item I ordered, Courtney chased it up and gave me updates when I asked, unfortunately it was going to go past the time for my kitchen being fitted so had to cancel and request a refund, this was done quickly and I already have the refund in my bank.Absolutely great service and I’ll look to use them in the future
