Always like American Vintage for my Daughters style and for the Massachusetts tops..so soft!..but the stars of the show are the girls that work in Floral Street branch Covent Garden. They are just lovely people. Very welcoming. Warm atmosphere. Nothing is too much for them. Really pleasant experience.

For the past 2 years I’ve felt nothing more than welcomed and warmed. The staff work diligently and have always treated me with care. I recommend this branch a gazillion PERCENT!!! Best service possible . Amazing people .

Really nice shop assistants but unfortunately the clothes are poor quality and the returns policy is outrageous - no refunds offered even for short term returns, and they do not inform you when you purchase your items. Avoid this shop.

Beware no returns allowed!! You can only get store credit that is valid only at the store you purchased the original items and last six months. The staff unhelpfully don’t tell you that at the time of checking out either.That being said, aside from being horribly overpriced, the materials are really nice and comfy.
