Paula is clearly very knowledgeable and talented at what she does. I'd never had hot stones before and it was a game changer! I've had lots of manual treatment over the years and have never experienced such quick relief from treatment.I've also referred patients to her being an osteopath and this is because I trust in her skills, she comes highly recommended!

I have been suffering with jaw and neck pain for quite a while, so decided to visit Paula. Now my jaw pain has gone and my neck issues have reduced significantly, to the point where it no longer effects my day to day. After a badly broken leg my posture has been really impacted. Paula’s sessions are really helping me to realign, and the tension/trauma in my hips, buttocks and lower back is really reducing. After just 1 treatment with Paula I could not believe how much my symptoms had decreased, I was seriously amazed. I had a massage with Paula whilst on holiday in Brighton to help with my back pain. My first experience of jing hot stone massage. The massage was great and very relaxing and she helped me understand the underlying causes of my pain through the treatment and her explaination. She made me feel very at ease and comfortable straight away. Pretty good value for one session, if I didn't live 3hrs away I'd come back regularly! Highly recommended.
