I have to confess, I had no idea of the implications of having a premises that members of the public utilised and could also privately hire. Following a professional conversation with Ian however, I quickly understood both the legal and moral obligations to having a professional legionella risk assessment and management programme in place.Even when I understood the reasons for legionella compliance and proactive management strategies, it did not prepare me for the in-depth and highly professional nature of the report that I received.
