It was a while ago I admitt but a stroppy young girl at checkout... literally street talked her abuse at me..hahaha ...manager was fine about it..ok wait till till she does it to an elder person ..would it matter then.?..too selective I think..

Nice compact store and the regular staff are very good. Can wait a while at self -checkout. Can bottleneck at main entrance/exit and also at the Kiosk.Staff could do more to stop greedy people blocking people off from the yellow label section and hoarding all of the reduced stock that they'll never be able to get through.Expensive on some things. Market Street and the fresh counters are nice given most other supermarkets have done away with them.Bags now very expensive - and they shouldn't be charging for paper ones at all!

I have given 1Star, because decided before Shopping in your store to go to the Toilet! The door handle broken, no toilet seat and no hand towels. Was told this had been reported some weeks ago.

Starting to become a little more competitive again having been ridiculously expensive for the last couple of years. Nice to have a supermarket which still has a deli. Main problem with this bramch is a lack of investment and maintenance. Toilets never open, still pools of water on the floors and a generally down at heel feel.

We nipped into Morrisons, Melton as my mum needed dog food and the toilet.We entered the store where it said entrance and were faced with the end of the tills which really confused us. Cutting through an open till we noticed that most of the lights were off and it seemed very dark. My mum went toilet but unfortunately not one of them was working. They were all out of order which is really not good at all. We bought dog food which was a normalish price and left. Wouldn’t be bothered about going back again.

Reasonable prices. Security can be a little intrusive if you are not of 'The Norm'.Good reduced section if you time it right.

Very pleasant member of staff on the tills, will not use self serve checkouts as they are all card payment only which I don't like
