Kate Grundy. Zone 4 Podiatry
Went to see Kate due to problems I was having when hiking. Her experience and knowledge quickly became apparent as she explained simply and logically what was causing my pain and discomfort. Kate provided advice and a proposed solution to improve things, and arranged a follow up to review. Happy to report that things have now improved significantly. Always good to find someone, who is knowledgeable and thorough.

I had a recurring Achilles injury through running ; Kate was recommended , she completed a very thorough and professional biomechanics assessment of my running gait. Finding the root cause lead to fitting some suitable orthotics , I am now running pain free. Superb and professional service , I would highly recommend Zone 4 for any athlete with any injuries to feet , knees , or hips etc .
