The woman works there is an arrogant and selfish lady . She checked my gold ornaments for exchange then after checking purity , she was not ready to give the worthy price of gold and was getting aggressive too.The making charges are too high n unreasonable and also they charge service charge apart from vat which is not legal also.00000 stars

The owner/ manager needs a very tight slap right left & Center. Very very rude and unprofessional. His staff are so afraid of him that they would not go and ask him for price negotiate. I will report this business to Newham council trade department

I recently purchased a beautiful ring from Pakeeza and was impressed by the service there. It was quite busy when I went however I was promptly seen to by the owner of the store who patiently asked me about my requirements and walked me through the selection of rings based on my preferences. Despite the number of demanding customers in the store he gave me the time, attention and expertise that I needed which I really appreciated. He also gave me honest advice about what the best option was for me without linking this to price - a trait I don’t often see being exhibited in other stores I’ve frequented. I left feeling content and relieved at having found what I wanted at a good price, and I looking forward to going back and perusing the selection of other fine jewellery they have there!

I purchased a ring from Pakeeza Jewellers which was faulty at the point of purchase. I ordered the Cartier ring style in 22ct gold. When I was looking at the ring and trying it on, the sales assistant kept the sticky tag on the faulty area and showed me the non faulty parts. I did not remove the tag as I did not expect there to be a fault underneath it.When I came home I moved the tag and noticed the fault. The indents were not equally spaced (see image). I went back to the shop a few days later but they were closed even though according to the online site it should have been open.I was then involved in a car accident in which I sustained injuries and was unable to return to the store the following week. I went back today and asked to speak to the managing director about the faulty ring.He immediately became defensive and dismissed me, refusing to hear me out or to return my money, even though the ring was was faulty at the point of purchase. He denied that the ring was faulty. He was very rude and kept talking over me. He lacks basic customer service skills.I explained to him that as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if the product is faulty, I am entitled to a full refund. If he cannot offer me that, I am entitled to a repair within 6 months and if he cannot do that, the customer is meant to be refunded. He repeatedly pointed at his sign in the shop which says ‘Money cannot be refunded nor items exchange unless goods are faulty at point of sale. This does not affect your statutory rights’.I then said to him that according to my statutory rights (as per the statement on his sign) I am entitled to a full refund. He replied saying “go to the law then. I know how to do business” and told me to “get out”. I felt very threatened and uncomfortable in the shop.I am posting this to name and shame. Zahid Masood Khan (managing director) was extremely disrespectful, rude and verbally abusive. DO NOT SHOP HERE. You will be scammed and lose your money.I have contacted the local trading standards to report him and his shop because of his lack of professionalism, his disrespect, his lack of knowledge regarding business and his faulty items.After this horrible incident, I went to other gold shops in the local area, and they were all shocked at how I was treated. They looked at the ring and without needing to be told, identified the fault immediately. One gold shop owner said that all of the other gold shops have a person more senior than the managing director, except for Pakeeza. This is why Zahid Masood Khan behaves the way he does. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Just went in today to buy a missing part of my earring (I lost the part few days ago). I showed my earring to one of the lady and explained what I need but she straight away told me that they are not selling it! She didn’t even wanna check if they have it or not and told me to go to buy a fake gold part ! Then I asked if I can buy one earring and again I heard a NO because I have to buy a pair. Obviously she was trying to make me buy something. I laughed at her face. Many times I bought gold from this shop but never again!!! I went next door to ask if I can get the missing part - the man found it without any problem. The shop is small and opposite to pakeeza- if you guys are looking for good stuff and nice service I recommend you to go there.

I visited Pakeeza Jewellers at Green Street and bought jewellery for my wife. Really impressed the dealing and professional behaviour of the staff. The prices mentioned were very competitive and pressed me and my wife. I strongly recommend to visit the outlet and enjoy the hospitality with genuine products. Sometime, I can see Zahid Khan on the counter for guidance which is really appreciated.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Unprofessional staff and ownerRating: ★☆☆☆☆I recently visited a store with high hopes of finding a beautiful pearl earring and necklace set. However, my experience at this store left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The unprofessional behavior of the staff, as well as the owner, was simply unacceptable.Upon entering the store, I immediately noticed the pearl set that caught my attention. However, when I inquired about the price, I was taken aback by how overpriced it seemed compared to similar items I had purchased earlier that day from different stores. Hoping for some flexibility, I politely asked the lady if she could consider negotiating the price. This simple request seemed to trigger an unexpected and unpleasant reaction from her.To my surprise, instead of engaging in a professional discussion, the lady became incredibly rude and argumentative. She even went as far as suggesting that I should look for the item elsewhere if I wasn't satisfied with their pricing. Feeling disrespected and taken aback by her attitude, I requested to speak with the manager.To my dismay, the person who identified himself as the owner turned out to be even more unprofessional than the staff member. He not only failed to address my concerns but also proceeded to laugh at me, as if my disappointment and dissatisfaction were a source of amusement for him. This behavior was highly disrespectful and showed a complete lack of professionalism.Based on this experience, I strongly believe that this business does not deserve to be in operation. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism and disrespect when all I wanted was a fair and pleasant shopping experience. I would strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere for their jewelry needs, as this store clearly lacks the basic principles of customer service and professionalism.In conclusion, my visit to this store was a complete disappointment. The staff's rude behavior and the owner's lack of professionalism were beyond acceptable. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a warning to others who may be considering visiting this establishment.

From start to finish the experience was amazing and the staff were wonderful to deal with. Went in with my brother to get gold for the wedding and the quality was amazing. Definitely will be going again!
