I have been using the store since it opened, never had any issues until recently. I have found the staff to be a bit rude, unprofessional and ignore you when asking a question. It's like some of them don't want to be there or they are taking there personal problems into work, you can spot this a mile off, the way they speak to you and look down at you. Gone are the days when they used to advise you on products. It's like they don't care which is such a shame.

This shop is really good and they have lots of good variety of DVDs blu rays and games and at cheap prices never had problems with this Cex

It's very good to buy second hand games but not good to sell items to friendly staff though

I took a game consul to be sent away for repair. They give an estimate beforehand and let you know if it's any different before going ahead with the repair. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed so was sent back to the shop for collection. No repair, no fee so I didn't have to pay for anything. I will certainly take future repairs to CEX Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
