Very good so polite and helpful

Recently booked a holiday with the new cwmbran superstore.Was a great experience and made the whole process very easy.Staff were very knowledgeable and keen to help!Will only book here going forward.

Just returned from a holiday we booked in here a few weeks ago .We asked for a 4* All Inc in Greece in a nice quiet room with a view .We're both pensioners and I have difficulty walking - a family hotel was suggested and we were told , when I said that we didn't want the noise of kids all day , that there wouldn't be any because it was in school time and late in the season .The hotel had music cranked to full volume every day , Trance , Rap , Disco African chanting and Clubbing rubbish - there was absolutely nowhere to hide from it , even our room with the windows and doors closed didn't offer sanctuary !Families from hell occupied the kids pool outside our room and the foul language , screaming and shouting was unbearable , and the parents were just as bad !Didn't get to sleep until 3am one night because of chavs on the ground floor below us having a soiree - tried ringing reception but the phone didn't work !Entertainment was non existent - everything was held at the Water Park ' 5 mins walk ' from the hotel - we were totally bored all week !So much more to say plus videos but that will be for Trip Advisor .We've been loyal customers over the years - 3 hols this year , so didn't expect such an abysmal hotel , it appears that customer satisfaction is secondary to financial gain - I think we'll go back to putting our own holidays together ! Absolutely the worst holiday we've had !

With all the problems with booking holidays. They finally got all our money back from a cruise, and changed our holiday to France. All done with a friendly demeanour

This used to be our go to travel agent where every holiday was booked here. We have been lucky since 1997 to be able to have 4 or 5 holidays, whether beach, city or cruising. Sadly we found they had change and were totally unresponsive to any issue we mentioned. So since that date a few years back we altered our bookings to other travel agents or booked directly ourselves. I would imagine that TUI have lost in excess of £60k as a result, for us our holidays have been better, cheaper and the flights and hotels that we desire.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Booked holiday and also great for exchange travel money. Would highly recommend.

Massive thank you to Adel! She made booking so easy! We didn't know where we wanted to go, just an idea of what we wanted, she sorted everything and made it hassle free! We are on our last day of holiday and we would never have found this piece of heaven (Los Gigantes, Tenerife) if not for her recommendation. Thank you Adel!!!
