Was hopeful reading the other reviews, our car was damaged by a neighbour and went through the insurance.What an awful experience. Very very poor quality repairs. The car went in 3 times in total.3rd time was better but still not great.Bumper only half painted first time with the lacquer chipped and peelingRuns in the paint, scratches. Paint very thin in placesThink the quality check guys needs a trip to spec saversThe driver was very professional.

Friendly and Efficient service with Excellent Prices.I have emailed for a quote which they replied within a few hours with the best quote I received compared to others, Kelvin picked up my car on the agreed date/time and great communicates through out. Done the work real quick and they even fixed a lot of bits instead of replacing them to save my money!! Payment was easily made through the phone and they dropped my car off within the day. The collect and drop off service was just fantastic for me as an office worker. Totally recommend this company any one who needs any body work repairs for their cars!

I chose Smart Automotive because I had seen their work before and it was excellent. My almost new Ford Mustang had a deep scratch across multiple panels. When I took the car for an estimate they filled me with confidence explaining exactly how it would be repaired. They took excellent care of the car whilst repairing it. The results were fantastic - I couldn’t tell it had been repaired. The service from Donovan and team was excellent too. They communicated very well and accommodated my requests without question. It was obvious to me that customer satisfaction was top priority to them. I wouldn’t hesitate taking my car to them again and I thoroughly recommend them to other customers.

I found the service efficient and the Technician polite and very helpful in explaining what was to be done. We were able to negotiate a price and the job was done straight away. The car had a cracked bumper and faded, chipped door mirror and we found the work was done to a very high standard. My husband has been in the body repair industry for many years and he was extremely please with the job that was done. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Couldn’t be happier. I took in my (almost new) carbon road bike with some bad paint damage on the seat stay. They matched the paint, filled the exposed area and resprayed the whole seat stay. It is now genuinely impossible to see which area was damaged. The turnaround was fast and it wasn’t expensive. They’re also a super nice bunch who obviously put care into their work. I’d strongly recommend them to both car owners and cyclists who need this kind of work.

Last week Smart delivered back my 20 month old Mercedes CLS as promised back to showroom condition!It had had extensive front end damage and required a considerable amount of attention.All the work was carefully completed, on time and with great attention to detail, even supplying a new front plate obtained from the original Mercedes dealer.All the personal I encountered were polite, knowledgeable and efficient - I can 100% recommend Smart for quality workmanship and great value for money.

What a fantastic company to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble right from Steve looking at my car and taking photos to Neil sending me a quote (very quickly) and Maggie on the phone. I had updates all through the progress of the repair. The repair to my car is absolutely amazing. There is no sign of any of the damage I did to it. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely trust them with any further repairs to my beloved Suzuki. Thank you all so much.

I recently took my 1971 Alfa Romeo Spider to have its rusty sills replaced and I am super happy with the result. The guys at Smart Automotive did an incredible job of cutting out the rusty parts while preserving the outer panels and avoiding additional work. They took photos for me as the job progressed and it is abundantly clear that the work is of the highest standard. I feel lucky to have found such workmanship not too far from my home and would highly recommend entrusting these guys to look after your classic if it needs work.

Fantastic service from the team at Smart Automotive, They did a full front end respray on my Porsche. It was covered in stone chips and looked like it needed some love. The job was carried out exactly as quoted, great communication and they even collected and delivered my car, as I was busy working.The car looks as good as new.Highly recommended !
