I was recommended Jayne's Sew & Sew by my mother-in-law when I needed my wedding dress hemmed and I am very happy that I did. The service I received was very professional, quick and her work is done to an extremely high standard. My dress is now the perfect length and I couldn't be happier. I can highly recommend and will definitely use again if I ever need a garment altered.

Omg. Avoid at at all costs. Popped in to see about getting my wife to be wedding dress altered. 15 mins later my partner came back out of her shop in tears. Very rude and abrupt, rolled her eyes several times and just basically didn’t want the work. Even told the bride that sort of dress didn’t suit her at all and there was not enough fabric on the dress to enable it to be let out. Gone elsewhere and found someone the same day who actually knew what she was talking about. Very unprofessional service.

I've been to Jayne twice now for taking in several skirts and shorts, of different materials (fake leather, real leather, denim and cotton) and with various fastenings and detailing. She has done an incredible job at fitting them all perfectly to me! Am very happy and currently have 3 more garments with her to adjust. I highly recommend Jayne!

Poor customer service.Asked to make alterations for a dress to be worn for a reception party. Came back to find she hadn’t altered anything, the original stitching was still there, made me pay £20.Cos I’m young and look young she didn’t believe what I was saying and was adamant that she altered the dress when there was no sign.Will not be recommending to others

I have had all my clothes alterations completed by Rinata for a number of years and she has always done an amazing job - and I am quite particular. She has recently shortened the sleeves on my new leather jacket and you just wouldn't know they had been altered. Amazing skills and I recommend her 100%.
